Our experience could not have been better. We had four different households in one house and no one tripped over each other. We particularly love the idea that there were three tables. Jigsaw puzzles were a big hit since it rained two of the days the whole family had a wonderful time, including the dog we would come back in a heartbeat.

We had a great visit to Bethany Beach for a family reunion. Debbie was a great host, she’s easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions effectively. The house was as presented: bright, clean, and well-maintained.

Excellent family vacation home; getting to community pool was easy, just across the lake on boardwalk. Very safe within gated community for children riding bikes or walking. Fed the Canadian geese in the morning, turtles and fish in pond. Yard was great for yard games. House was just as photos suggested and pool table was a big hit in our family. We had 6 adults, two teens, 3 small children and an infant. Very satisfied with quality and price paid. Well worth the linen service option.

My 1st Family vacation with 12 of my children and grandchildren, beautiful home, perfect space and location. The pool table in the recreation room was a big success with the teens and young adults, movie night in the spacious living room added a nice touch, Morning joe and sunsets on the screened in porch overlooking a beautiful lake and pier was spectacular. The community pool and gym were very nice, Check in and out was a breeze, communication with the host Debbie and Ted were very efficient and quick response. I would definitely return for my next annual family vacation.Keep up the good work, I'll see you next year!

The host, Debbie is an EXCELLENT communicator. The only issue was the property is listed, as a 5 bedroomDen; but in the full description with the number of beds in each room, it's listed, as a 6TH bedroom, so it was confusing. After arriving, the Den was considered the 6th bedroom, which was off the kitchen and there was no door for privacy. My family REALLY needed a 4-wall with door 6th bedroom. The kitchen is FULLY stocked with EVERYTHING needed to cook. There's a pool table upstairs and we took full advantage of playing. There's PLENTY of seating areas for eating. There's PLENTLY of outdoor spaces to sit. At night, the enclosed patio was beautiful to sit out and listen to the fountain in the lake and view the beautiful well-lit lights on the pathway deck, which heads toward the Club House. You are only about 5 to 10 minutes from Bethany Beach, restaurants and a couple of bars. I would DEFINITELY stay again, if I had less people in our party. We booked very late, so many properties with more bedrooms and bathrooms were already booked. Thanks to Debbie for being an EXCELLENT HOST!!!!!!!!!!

Great property in a wonderful area! Nicely decorated and very clean. Lots of great space for family time. We enjoyed the yard that backs up to a lake with a fountain. We enjoyed walks over the lake bridge and watched our egret friend enjoying the sun! Just minutes from the beach too!

Overall house is like new , we spend most of the time in the house , we enjoy the pond view , village is super quite , neighbor are super friendly, we get more of of what we can expect!

A Wonderful Family Gathering Spot

The house was perfect for our 7 adults and 4 babies (ages 8 weeks to 2 1/2). We loved having the pool, toddler pool, tennis court and gym onsite so adults could enjoy while someone stayed home for napping kids. All in all, it worked perfectly for us.

Beautiful Home Not Far From the Beach

Our family had a wonderful time in this beautiful and spacious home not far from the beach! We really enjoyed the screened in porch and the view of the pond and fountain. Having a gym, swimming pool and playground within the gated community to use was a plus. We look forward to making more memories in this beautiful home.

Great Place

This is a beautiful property! We really enjoyed our stay. The complex was great for walking our dogs! The house is beautiful and the property sits right off the pond. I can't say enough good things about the property owners. They had great communication and responded quickly to any questions we had. The location is perfect! The only thing that would make this property even better is to have one more bathroom with a shower. But overall, I loved the rental and enjoyed our stay very much.

Quiet and relaxing

Property is in a gated residential community and the resident's I met were very friendly. If you’re looking for a community with amenities this is very nice. However you will need a car to drive to restaurants, beach, boardwalks. All accessible within 15-30 minutes north and south of the house. I wanted something away from the crowds but close enough to go when I wanted and this was a great choice.

Family Friendly

With 6 adults and 6 young children we were in the perfect location. The pool was a very easy, lovely walk away and delightful. It was never crowed and allowed for evening swimming. The closeness of the grocery store was a definite advantage for a large group, who seemed to need grocery trips on a daily basis. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Just what we needed!

We were able to get away with our kids and pups for a few night during the holiday season. It was exactly what we needed. We played games and visited the town of Bethany and Rehoboth. The house was super cozy and spacious. We loved the view of the water and really enjoyed the pool table. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Everything was clean. Definitely book this beautiful place.
