Great house and even better location! We were 15 adults and 5 kids. Extremely centrally located with easy access to everything. The house was well appointed, spacious (all 20 had dinner together every night), and clean! Despite being so close to Fun Land, it was relatively quiet inside!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach home. Our family of 17 had plenty of room and the house was fully equipped with everything we needed. It was clear that a lot of thought went into making this home comfortable for a large family. The host went above and beyond to welcome us and even stopped to attend to a small lighting issue we had. I have been coming to Rehoboth Beach for over 40 years and have stayed in many different rentals over the years. This was by far, our favorite.. In fact, we are going to book it again for our next vacation. Highly recommend!

This is our 2nd year staying at this house for a weekend girls' trip. This house is the perfect size for a large group. It has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. It is easy to communicate with the owner with a quick response time. He even dropped off for us on Saturday morning.

Love this place - this was 2nd year staying here for our family Rehoboth weekend and have already booked for 2026. Perfect location close to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, can walk everywhere. Love the open plan kitchen/living/dining room, makes a great gathering space for our family of 7 55, 10 22-40s, and two grandkids (5&7). Kitchen is well-stocked, plenty of dishes for cooking and eating for a crowd.
