This is truly the way to enjoy Santa Barbara. We are walking distance to all - the beach, harbor, public pool, Stearns Wharf and the main street downtown (State Street) that hosts the best restaurants, shops and theaters. We also offer rare private reserved parking, enabling you to park you car freely. Why waste time in traffic or looking for parking as parking in Santa Barbara can be a challenge and the highways do experience significant traffic delays. We are located in a residential area, not a commercial thorough fare or next to the rail road tracks or highway. We also offer a large private courtyard with Italian fountain, chaise lounges table and chairs and gas grill, that enable you to relax and enjoy the sun, or cook you local favorites on our gas grill. You will not find a comparable vacation rental when comparing location, quality and price!

Enjoyed our stay in this property. Was a couple of blocks walking distance to the beach, State Street and restaurants. Quiet, pleasant neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.
Beach Getaway #2
My sister and I enjoyed a very pleasant three days in the Santa Barbara Beach Getaway #2. It was a short walk to the beach and many restaurants. The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated, homey and quiet. Melanie was very responsive when we asked for a couple minor items and immediately took care of our requests. She was extremely easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.
Short and Sweet
Our stay in Santa Barbara was made more pleasant by this lovely Mediterranean style apartment home. Everything was well-appointed and updated and extremely comfortable. We found beach chairs in the basement and a very nice washer and dryer. It was within easy walking distance to everything we needed and the off street parking was a major convenience. It was a bit on the noisy side at night because we preferred to keep the windows open. Also the owner required a separate and lengthy rental agreement which I hadn’t encountered before.
I would very much recommend this rental property.
Expected to have better eperience
We booked property for 3 people, there were enough space for all of us but during checking in we could not find a second key and no one was able to help us...mattresses on the patio were unacceptably dirty, could not use both of them, Wi-Fi was available for 2 days, Todd did not return calls, we were not happy about it...
Gorgeous Location for Vacation Exploration
Clean, wonderfully located for exploring Santa Barbara, and nicely appointed. We would definitely stay here again.
Smaller than expected but great location and parking. Kleenex would be nice.

We are located in the best area of Santa Barbara - the Historic West Beach Area - 2 blocks to the Beach and downtown Santa Barbara, yet not on a commercial thoroughfare, not next to the railroad tracks or not adjacent a highway. And we offer private reserved parking.
