About this property

2 bedroom apartment on 5 star golf complex

Please note there is an additional fee of 65 Euros for cleaning payable to the keyholder on arrival. The aircon/heating is operated by card and you may purchase more for 10 or 20 Euros. These amounts are not included in the price of the apartment. Our 2 bedroom apartment sleeps 4 and has all the mod cons you could wish for plus wifi and cable tv. There is a small balcony outside the front door with manual awning and shutter to the front window plus a large private sun terrace on top of the apartment with covered pergola, bbq, shower and wonderful views. There is a communal pool and playground just outside set in beautiful gardens.
The complex has a very good golf course, one of the best in the area, a supermarket, various bars and restaurants plus tennis, squash, keep fit, cycle hire, football etc.
All this is set in a gated complex so no fear of any problems.
It is best to have a car when you stay here as it could be rather difficult to get about otherwise. There is a bus service which goes to various villages for shopping etc but you would have more freedom with a car.

A total disaster for our family.

We arrived very late for our 14 day vacation, which was our own fault. We really had trouble finding the apartment. Since we were not given an exact address. We left the apartment the very next day. In order not to turn back. We accepted there by waving goodbye to 14 days full payday. We have rented holiday apartments in spain for the last 10 years approx. 1 to 2 times a year. We have not experienced anything like it. The apartment had a horrible bad smell of cigarettes. Even after just one night, our clothes smelled. The pictures of the apartments are so to speak correct, but very misleading in relation to reality. The apartment is very small and very worn. In other words, we can not recommend the apartment for non-smokers or for a family of 4. The apartment is simply too small. I'm not saying other guests can have a great vacation there, this just does not apply to our family. An expensive reminder to be more critical when choosing where to spend your summer vacation.

I am very sorry you had such a bad experience. Due to Covid I have not been able to get out myself and tend to things as I normally would. We have a no smoking sign in the apartment but I'm afraid not everyone will comply. You were offered another apartment but for some reason you refused. Please accept my apologies.

El apartamento esta bien , tiene todas las comodidades para pasar unos dias,cerca de la diferentes poblaciones, hay que moverse en coche. Tiene una piscina grande con jardin y parque infantil. Para que lo sepa la gente que vaya a alquilar el apartamento, tiene un precio barato pero para nuestra sorpresa despues de pagar la propietaria nos dijo que habia que pagar 65€ por la limpieza y la utilizacion del aire acondiciodado cosa que nosotros no vimos en la pag web ella dijo que estaba reflejado. Cuando llegamos para mi sorpresa fue que la mujer que cobraba la limpieza, tambien queria 10 € mas por una targeta para el aire acondicionado, , le escribi a la propietaria y no tuvo le decencia de contestarme ya eran 75€ mas, no page el a.c. no nos hacia falta como le dije a la propietaria era UN ROBO este dineral de limpieza . Para ese dinero tendria que esta como los chorros del oro pero no estaba muy limpio . Los que recogen las llaves no saben nada castellano , utilizamos el movil

Vacaciones fantásticas!!

Propietaria muy atenta, apartamento bien equipado, la zona de jardín y piscina fantástica nuestros niños se divertían mucho, lo único negativo que tuvimos fue que el agente inmobiliario nos hizo esperar media hora en la zona de entrada y que nos entendíamos muy poco ya que no habla nada de Español y nosotros lo justo de inglés gracias a la tecnología de hoy usábamos el traductor del mobil por lo demás todo súper bien y lo recomiendo.
