Scenic Cabin

We have stayed in the Bear Lake area at rental cabins for 20 years. This was the cleanest and most accommodating one we have ever rented. Lots of room and we really appreciated the double water heaters as we came off the lake and the whole family was looking for a hot shower!

Bear Lake Escape

We enjoyed our stay at Heider Cabin, gazing down toward the beautiful blue of Bear Lake. There was plenty of room for all nine of us, super comfy beds, and just a quick trip down to Garden City. Open kitchen to dining room and living room is very convenient but don't expect to fit more than two cooks in the kitchen at once. Enjoyed the view and the deck, even with the cooler weather we encountered.

Very nice home. Some of the furniture is worn out, especially the bed mattresses on the fold out beds. We wish there was more room in the kitchen for seating to eat. It seems like a house that big should have seating for at least 20 people. The view is absolutely gorgeous towards the lake!

Loved your home with lots of space

We loved this house. It has lots of space. It is furnished well. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and utensils. It has a great view of Bear Lake with a nice deck and a fire pit. Beds were comfortable. Decor was nice.

We had a great time. Location is good. The cabin had a few issues. Broken TV and sofa bed. Not enough dishes and utensils for 15 people. We ran out of paper towels and kitchen garbage bags. Beach towels would be a nice addition

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean but there was garbage on the lower patio. Not enough eating utensils. We checked in at 4 but then the cleaners showed up to finish vacuuming so we had to leave for an hour. :/

Great family retreat!

First of all, THE VIEW. Morning coffee isn't quite the same anywhere else. This place was awesome for 2 families to get together and have a great time! It was a working trip for some of us, the home kept the rest of the family entertained the whole time. Pool table, Foosball, ping pong, walks. Many sitting/tv areas. The location is perfect, first neighborhood out of the Logan canyon, no need to take any dirt roads. Right next to the bridgerland adventure park (which has a disc golf course) Just follow the main road a few minutes to get to bear lake Blvd. Everyone must visit the chocolate bear by the way! The primary bedroom bathroom is a definite plus.

Bear lake rental

The online pics made the rooms look bigger than they were. The beds were low quality. The fridge is small. The AC didn’t work great. We never did get the TVs to work. The floors squeak so you can hear people above you. . It was farther from the lake than we wanted. There was no yard to play games on. Of course these are all first world problems. And it met our needs and we had a great time together.

Beautiful view! Watched the fireworks from the bacony

Nice property! Negatives were severe shortage of kitchen towels and terrible hideabeds (one was broken). Also, we were very short of bathroom towels, only to find a large batch in the dryer after a day and a half.

The cabin is rustic and terrific. The flooring was awesome and the kitchen accessible and usable. The view of the lake was awesome and the view of the stars at night was a delight. We loved gathering and being away from everything.
