DETAILS: Rosemary Beach is a destination like no other, and "Savannah Loft" is a beautiful gem at the heart of it. A spacious 1670 sq. ft., 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo featuring Gulf views, fireplace, walnut floors - and a lovely but brief walk to the beach. Savor your morning coffee on one of the balconies as you make plans for an amazing day. Of course, all the dining, shopping and entertainment opportunities are right outside your door, mere feet away on cobblestone streets and winding paths.

Near-floor-to-ceiling windows provide plenty of natural light. The modern kitchen offers select stainless appliances, including a Viking gas range, designer cabinets, and white quartz countertops. It opens into the dining area, with table seating for 6 and seating for 3 at the counter.

The living room offers a gas fireplace, a large flat-screen television, and French door balcony access - the perfect place to gather in the evening with family and friends.

The sizeable 22'X14' primary bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen television, an extended 6'X9' sitting room with gorgeous views, and a private bathroom with dual sink vanities, seated makeup vanity, and shower. On the opposite corner of the floor-plan is the guest bedroom with a queen bed, flat-screen television, and a private bathroom with a single vanity and shower. The living room has a convenient half-bath close by.

After a day in the sun on this idyllic 30a beach, experience poolside at one of the extraordinary Rosemary Beach pools. Gather with friends and family on the balcony to take in sunset over the Gulf. In the evening, explore the incredible communities of 30A, including Alys Beach, Seaside, WaterColor, and Grayton Beach -- all just a short drive away. "Savannah Loft" offers access to these fantastic Rosemary Beach amenities:
- Coquina Pool: open daily to residents and guests from 9 am to 9 pm.; heated in the winter
- Sky Pool: open daily to residents and guests from 6 am to 10 pm (Adult Only Hours, 6 am-9 am& 8 pm-10 pm)
- Cabana Pool: open daily to residents and guests from 9 am to 9 pm.
- Barbados Pool: open daily to residents and guests from 9 am to 9 pm.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

We had an enjoyable stay from start to finish. The room was clean and spacious, in a perfect location with easy access to everything in Rosemary Beach. It was especially nice having key cards with access to the beach and pools. We would definitely stay here again. Do be aware that this location is right off of main street, so there is possibility for some noise in the area in the evenings.

The pictures dont do this beautiful place justice. Wonderful decor, spacious, clean and VERY convenient when it comes to location. There is a jazz lounge adjacent to the livingroom windows. We spent one evening having a glass of wine and looking out of the widow enjoying the jazz show next door.We are so glad that we chose to stay here! Everything you need is right outside the door, literally.

I can echo many of the reviews that I read before I booked - the property is beautiful, has everything you could need. The neighborhood is adorable, beach access is easy and close. Only issue is noise and it is loud at night and early in the morning, but totally worth it for the place and space.

We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious the loft was. Very open and clean. More so, you can't beat the location! The walk to the beach was very easy, as was the walk to many great restaurants! The French doors and patio spaces were one of our favorite parts. Would absolutely recommend!

Could not have made a better choice to visit Rosemary Beach and staying at this location for our first family vacation. Our 8 month old was so excited to see a beach for the first time and loved the pool! The accommodations were perfect. Check in was seamless and communication was on point. Was in PCB for a work event. This unit in Rosemary Beach was perfect. A great unit in the heart of beautiful Rosemary Beach. I highly recommend.
