The 300m² villa (including 200m² on one level) was completely renovated and furnished in 2017.

Location: 300 meters from the large La Baule beach, 900 meters from the center of La Baule (avenue de Gaulle), 200 meters from the Le Garden tennis club (14 courts) and less than 10 minutes by car from the international golf course from La Baule (45 holes).

Wunderschöne Villa, die mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet ist. Sehr großzügig gestaltet. Küche, Wohnzimmer mit offenem Kamin sowie einem Gaskamin, Außenbereiche sowie die verschiedenen Schlafzimmer und Nassbereiche lassen keine Wünsche offen. Gerne kommen wir wieder!!!

Magnifique villa bauloise

Maison rénovée très récemment, décoration superbe, cuisine top, sanitaires parfaits et très bonne literie. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine avec nos enfants qui avaient chacun invité des amis pour une dernière semaine de révision avant les concours pour l'un et pour un dernier round (moins studieux) avant le bac pour l'autre. Toutes les conditions de calme, de repos et de confort étaient réunies.

Superbe maison, décorée avec beaucoup de goût

Parfaitement placée, près de la plage et du centre. Maison très spacieuse, parfaite pour un groupe (nous étions 2 familles, 3 générations) ou chacun peut trouver sa place, dans le grand salon, où s’isoler, regarder la télé dans le salon tv, aller faire un baby foot dans une autre pièce encore. Cuisine super équipée, et 2 éviers (ça nous a beaucoup plu!). Bref, nous étions tristes de partir.

Sejour exceptionnel

Superbe maison dans laquelle nous avons passé un séjour extraordinaire. La taille et l’agencement permet à un grand groupe de se retrouver sans se marcher sur les pieds. La plage est à deux pas et tout est à proximité. De plus l’accueil et la sortie se font très facilement. À faire absolument. Merci!

Luxe et Calme avec 15 personnes: une perle rare !

Séjour parfait ! Maison capable d'accueillir des adultes, des ados et des petits enfants le tout sans se marcher dessus ... un vrai luxe avec toute les salles de bains + salle TV + baby foot Sans oublier l'énorme zone cuisine permettant de régaler tout le monde.
