Family-friendly rental for up to 8 people, quiet location on the edge of the Brière Regional Park (no festive gatherings or events).

Please note: enclosed garden (maximum 1m fencing height), pets remain the sole responsibility of their owners.

Please note: during the Covid-19 pandemic, the maximum occupancy is 6 people.

Heated and secure swimming pool (4.50 x 9 m) with safety system: slatted cover compliant with P90-308 standards. Chlorine filtration and disinfection.
POOL OPEN (weather permitting) until early September. Pool reception, recommendations, and useful information will be provided upon arrival.

Large garden and large terrace with an outdoor awning.

For safety reasons, please note that the barbecue is not available during heatwaves, strong winds, and periods of drought.

Guérande 18-hole golf course 3 km away and Les Ecuries de Kerdando equestrian center 1 km away.
Guérande walled city: 4 km. Bicycles can be rented from the Guérande Tourist Office (contact details on the notice board).

A security deposit (€600) is taken (credit card authorization) when booking through Abritel and is released within 14 days of departure, provided that no damage is found by the owner after the check-out inspection (including pool and garden equipment).

Holiday vouchers are not accepted.

It is clearly stated that the rental must be left clean and in good condition (bedding, furniture, indoor and outdoor equipment).

Mandatory final cleaning fee: €95, in addition to the cost of your stay.

As a reminder, please keep the house clean during your stay. A 20% cleaning fee may be applied upon check-out if it is not left clean.

Outdoor furniture (table, deckchair, garden chair): replacement cost between €30 and €300 in case of breakage and/or damage.

Please note: For everyone's safety, prospective tenants are asked to purchase holiday insurance from their insurance company for the duration of their stay. This document will be requested upon arrival.

For all stays, a dated and signed rental agreement is mandatory. The agreement can be viewed on the website before booking.

COVID-19 Information for 2025:
Please note that in the event of a cancellation due to the health situation, the owner is committed to providing a full refund (100%), in lieu of the usual cancellation policy indicated on the website.

Enhanced cleaning and disinfection measures are in place, including the provision of antibacterial/virucidal wipes and cleaning products.

Linens and blankets are washed at 60°C.

Sheets (15 euros per set) and towels (30 euros per set) are available for rent upon request (not included in the rental price). Linens are provided.

Please note that games and books are available; please use them responsibly.

An information sheet detailing the hygiene measures in place and cleaning instructions is available to tenants in a binder reserved for COVID-related matters.
A booklet also lists contact information for doctors' and nurses' offices.

Please note: there is no air conditioning in the house, but there is a low- and high-speed mechanical ventilation system for the bathrooms and kitchen. The swimming pool is regularly inspected for health and safety (chlorine disinfection). Please practice extra personal hygiene before entering the pool. Thank you in advance.
