Private room with 2 swimming pools, a double room with bathroom, a living room with another bathroom and a sofa where 2 people can sleep. A kitchen with everything you need. baby chair and baby bed on demand. A balcony with ocean view and big enough to eat. More at 42 m2 roof top only for you
You do not need a goal if you have one, you can park in front of the door for free in the shade.
There are 2 Mini markets, Quarteira 's fish and vegetables market, restaurants, bakery shops, pharmacy, hairdresser, cash machine very near.
15 min by walk from the marina, 10 from the casino, 8 from Quarteira center. 5 mn by car from AQUASHOW Park.

Our apartment is on the front line facing the ocean, 5 minutes walk from the beach. On the 2nd and last floor of a small building of a residence very well maintained with 2 swimming pools (including one for very small) all the essential shops are nearby (2 superretes 3 minutes walk, bakery, fish market, restaurants, pharmacy, distributor, hairdresser) The apartment is very well distributed: composed of a bedroom with bathroom, a lounge where the sofas are for 2 beds, a balcony where you can eat and d a kitchen with all the necessary utensils to make you feel at home. High chair and cot available on request. Boys Also With Access To The Large 42 m2 Private Terrace On The Roof! sheets and towels provided. Rest assured without needing a car because everything is close, Otherwise, parking is free and just in front of the door in the shade. The city center of Quarteira (the family) is about ten minutes walk and the Vilamoura Marina and its nightlife at fifteen. The casino at 10mn. Aquashow Water Park is 3 kilometers away. the sports course also starts nearby. Golf courses are in the vicinity.

Stayed at this condo for 33 days. Great location and has everything you need included. Easy walking access to both Vilamoura Marina and Quartereira. Super location as a base for day trips around the Algarve via car. Check in was seamless and communication was timely. Would definitely come back and stay here.

A perfect apartment, exactly as described and a great, communicative host (also, Manuela who greeted us at check-in, was super-friendly). The roof terrace is a great attraction, allowing private sunbathing. The bed is very comfortable and, when needed, the aircon worked well (we only used the bedroom unit). WiFi is very good and can support streaming without problems. The development is very well kept and provides a pleasant view over the pool and gardens from the balcony. We know the area pretty well so everything we wanted to do on a day-to-day basis was within easy walking distance (including 3 supermarkets within 5 minutes walk). A car is not needed if you stay at this apartment - a taxi from the airport is very good value and takes around 30 minutes. I think it is fair to mention there is currently a lot of noisy construction going on close by - this is not the host's fault and, of course, will not last forever but it's something to be aware of. It didn't bother me and my wife but might be a problem for some. We had a great week's stay in this apartment and would definitely recommend.

We had a very enjoyable week in this apartment.The apartment is spacious with a nice balcony, and fully equipped (dishwasher, dolce-gusto, washing machine, fast WiFi).Very close to the beach and a short, pleasant work to the marina.Highly recommended.

We were a bit nervous in getting a one bedroomed apartment but this place did not disappoint. Large main room, big bedroom, good sized kitchen, and both the en-suite and shower room were good sizes too, with lots of storage throughout, and good facilities (as listed).The balcony might seem small but when you have the roof terrace to enjoy, this isn't an issue at all as there's still lots of room to sit out and enjoy the view. In terms of locations, this property means you get the best of Quarteira and Vilamoura. Both are in easy walking distance, with cafe's, bars, restaurants and supermarkets, close by. Electrics are a bit "quirky" - just be conscious of what is plugged in when, especially if travelling from the UK, and expecting things to behave in the same way they do at home.There was some building work close by (our visit was Dec 2025 - Jan 2026), but this caused very little noise or disturbance whilst we were there. Looking forward to seeing the outcome on the Passeio!We sadly had some very bad weather that caused some problems for us but by staying in touch with the host Varna, we managed to resolve these.We'd recommend this if you want somewhere close enough to facilitates to enjoy things but quiet enough to have a lazy day watching the world go by.

Home away from home

Perfectly placed property for us-between Vilamoura and Quarteira. Apartment has couple of supermarkets on its doorstep. Handy for the many excellent coffee/cake shops in Quarteira. Very clean and comfortable apartment. The roof terrace is an added bonus!

A lovely little space.

My husband and I had a lovely week at this apartment. It is very well situated for the Marina and surrounding areas. Close to restaurants, bars and supermarkets. There is a lot of building work happening in the area and unfortunately the "ocean view" is now obscured quite a lot. The pool area is lovely and whilst my husband did swim it was not used by many others. The main door to the building was broken and unlockable but the flat has its own locks so that provided some piece of mind. We were asked if we wanted a safe but we never actually got given it. The flat is well equipped generally though, kitchen has all utensils needed. Overall lovely. Would stay again.

Home from home …

The apartment is brilliantly located on the border of Quarteira and Vilamoura. Quarteira being less commercialised and with a lot more locals working and living there. It is literally a 3 minute walk to a very good little supermarket with a great pastry/cafe frequented by locals next door. The best pot of tea (important to the English) and pastel de Nata in the area and I tried most! It is just minutes to several beautiful sandy beaches and you can hear the ‘roar’ of the Atlantic from the apartment. The fish and fruit/veg markets are about a 10 minute walk with wonderfully fresh produce. It is only about a 10 - 15 minute walk to the bus terminal which is handy if you don’t hire a car. The block is extremely well maintained with well kept gardens and lovely clean pools. The apartment itself is on the second and top floor with a private roof terrace with almost 360 degree views. There are sun beds with cushions. It was sparkling clean on my arrival with the towels and linen smelling lovely and fresh. In my opinion it is larger than the photos show. It has a good size balcony with a table easily seating 4. To say it is well equipped is an understatement as there is everything needed for a comfortable stay. I cooked quite a bit while I was there and there was every utensil I needed. Good Wi-Fi but do ask for it. I only used the bedroom (very comfortable bed) with en-suite bathroom but there is a separate shower room as well. Plenty of wardrobe space with ample hangers. Varna, the host, couldn’t be nicer to deal with. Very responsive and helpful when I needed anything and the lady who greeted me, Manuela, was also very friendly and helpful. It was so nice to be met by someone in person rather than just given a key code! One downside is there is building work going on which you can see from the apartment and at times was noisy as it’s in the groundworks stage (early March 2022) but if you plan to be out out and about quite a bit it shouldn’t be a problem. Thank you Varna for being such a lovely host.

Rundum gelungener Urlaub

Nette kleine Wohnung in Strandnähe. Da wir außerhalb der Hauptsaison verreist sind, war es angenehm ruhig - was perfekt mit Kind war. Frau Rodrigues war sehr freundlich und bemüht uns einen möglichst schönen Urlaub zu ermöglichen.

10 dias de férias em família

Imóvel muito bem localizado, a dois minutos a pé de cafés, supermercados, padarias e alguns restaurantes; 5 minutos a pé do mercado de peixe e de frutas e legumes da Quarteira, assim como da praia de Vilamoura; 10 minutos do casino de Vilamoura; e a 20 minutos da marina de Vilamoura. Ideal para quem quer estacionar o carro - no estacionamento privativo - e não pegar nele durante as férias. A proprietária manteve sempre uma excelente comunicação e disponibilidade.
