Small house composed of 4 apartments of type 1, done again in nine, in a very calm and nice farmhouse located in front of the Baths of Boulou. Shared garden and terrace. Pretty little river at the end of the garden. Ideal for recharging your batteries! Access on foot to the thermal baths and the Casino. 3 minutes drive from Le Boulou with shops and supermarkets, 10 minutes from the Spanish border and 20 minutes from the beaches.

The property is new, renovated in May 2017.
