Ideal for two, can accommodate up to 4 people. Air-conditioned apartment, completely renovated, fully equipped, quiet and comfortable, with a large terrace with barbecue, perfect for sunny breakfasts. Close to amenities and close to the village center, 15 mins from Perpignan and Collioure and 5 mins from the beach and the Albères range. Ideal for exploring the beautiful Catalan country thanks to the many possibilities for outings and outdoor activities. The accommodation Quiet and bright apartment, with a very large terrace where you will love to relax and have breakfast or enjoy the Barbecue. This apartment has a beautiful exposure and is completely renovated and air conditioned. It is equipped with a bathroom, a separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, ceramic hob, fridge, worktop, Dolce gusto coffee maker, toaster .. and a living room with tv, desk and a fully furnished bedroom. Enjoy very high speed wifi access. Your bedroom has a 140 bed, high-end bedding and a wardrobe. You can also use the Salon's convertible sofa as extra bedding. You can watch TV or work with your computer in the living room. Sheets and towels are provided: towels and tea towels as well as various basic necessities. On your arrival, you will find sodas, water, coffee, tea, herbal tea, chocolate powder, milk, butter, jam, rusks, etc. To cook, you have also basic products: salt, pepper, sugar cubes, powdered sugar, flour, various spices, oil, vinegar ... For daily maintenance, all the necessary products are available: washing up liquid, various cleaners ... In the bathroom , you will find shampoo, soaps, handwash product ... 200 m from various local shops (bakery, grocery store, bank, village bistro, newsagent, restaurants, and the local market ... On the day of your arrival, you will be greeted and take possession of the suite between 2 p.m. and 11 p.m. The apartment must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. You have free parking available. You can park your bike in a locked room in the house. A bus line runs near the apartment in the direction of Perpignan or Argelès sur Mer and its station. A perfect little haven in the heart of Catalan

The apartment is perfectly situated in the heart of the beautiful Catalan region of France. It’s an easy drive to/from Perpignan (train and airport) and to the surrounding villages. It’s also about 20 mins from the beach! The apartment is spotless, comfortable, and has a lovely terrace. Quiet and comfortable little haven. Nicolas the host is easy to work with, and popped by to say hello.

Hébergement à 10 minutes des plages en voiture.Le réfrigérateur est vraiment très très petit. Avec la canicule pas de possibilité de mettre des boissons dedans. Et nous étions que 2 adultes. Sinon location située au calme. Par contre dans la maison nous entendons tous, insonorisation à revoir.Isabelle et Christian

Bonjour Isabelle, Bonjour Christian, Merci encore pour votre réservation. Le réfrigérateur est en effet prévu pour 2 personnes, ainsi que l'appartement. La portière du réfrigérateur comporte un emplacement boisson pour des formats de 1L à 1,5L, mais en effet il n'est possible de mettre des gros formats au delà de 2L. Le centre du village de Collioure est à 12 minutes en voitures très exactement, les premières plages en moins de 10 minutes en voiture, cela dépend des plages visées. Les plages les plus réputées sont celles du Racou, ou la plage Nord d'Argelès du mer, Il est possible d'y accéder en vélo. Ces informations sont notées dans le descriptif de l'annonce. Nous tenons à la quiétude de nos locataires, et les locataires précédents mettent tous en avant la quiétude de la maison, du quartier et la propreté des lieux. Il y a un règlement intérieur qui permet de garantir la quiétude et le respecter des horaires dans la location. Nous sommes désolés si la quiétude recherchée n’a pas pleinement répondu à vos attentes, et nous vous remercions pour votre retour pour nous signalé que votre attente a été troublée à l'intérieur du bâtiment, temporairement et sur une courte durée, la maison étant régulièrement et quotidiennement vide d'habitants sur la journée. Au plaisir de vous recevoir à nouveau et de répondre à toute vos attentes et exigences.

Perfekt eingerichtetes Gite und blitz sauber

Saint Andre ist zentral und doch ruhig gelegen, Wanderwege, Fahrrarrouten und Strände sind in kürzester Zeit erreichbar. Die unmittelbare Umgebung und die Cote Vermeille sind traumhaft schön.

Zeer verzorgd en knus ingericht appartement

Wil je weg van al het vakantiegedoe en rustig op je eigen in een zeer verzorgde en knus ingericht woning verblijven, en toch niet ver weg zijn van al wat de kust te bieden heeft (afstand tot de kust = 6km) dan kan ik u dit verblijf ten stelligste aanbevelen. Ik verbleef alleen in de woning, maar ze is uitermate geschikt voor een koppel. Alle voorzieningen zoals beschreven op de site waren voorhanden. De eigenaar was steeds beschikbaar met raad en daad zonder zich op te dringen. Een echte super gastheer. Merci Nicolas
