AMAZING LOCATION AND AMENITIES

Rod is one of the best hosts I have ever encountered. This was my first time using VRBO and was amazed but all of the amenities, accuracy and communication by the host. Rod's condo is very well equipped and has anything you could think of while being on vacation. This condo has a great view of the bay, lovely roof top pool (pool temp is lovely), and in the heart of downtown. Thank you for making start of 2022 wonderful!

Recent trip to PV

I recently stayed at Rod's penthouse condo at Loft 268. The condo was spectacular and exactly as represented online. It has a terrific oceanview. If you walk up one level up to the roof top there is a beautiful infinity pool facing the ocean, deck, and gym. If you require a regular full-size gym then FitClub is 2 blocks a day with a one-week membership of only 300 Mexican pesos. If you are into the bar and restaurant scene you are situated exactly in the middle of it. There is an amazing coffee shop on the main level of the building next door. The malecon and the beach is a five-minute walk. Playa del muertos is a 10 minute walk. I will definitely stay and his condo again! The staff at the condo are very friendly. Rod was an amazing host and responded promptly with any questions I had. Steve P

In the heart of old town - Romantica

We had a wonderful stay here. In the heart of old town. We met so many fun people while lounging at the roof top pool. The front reception staff were so friendly, and made sure we were happy and comfortable. The unit has a ocean view, with incredible sunset views. We would highly recommend this place to friends and family.

Great property in PV

We have visited Puerto Vallarta for about eight years now, usually for two weeks in January or February. We've moved around a bit trying out short-term rentals in different condo properties in the Romantica Zone neighborhood. This property tops all the others for location and view, unit layout and cleanliness and the most amazing roof-top pool. Plus, the owner is super easy to communicate with and Josh the owner's rep. made check-in and check-out a convenient and friendly process. We hope to come back in 2021!
