THE SPACE: 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 bathroom, spacious living and dining areas, eat in kitchen, screened porch with private fenced garden.

Rules:
- You have private access to the entire home. Parties are not allowed.
-Will consider one dog (no cats). Additional cleaning fee of $350- will apply.
- If additional people staying are not communicated prior to check-in, the additional people are subject to additional charges of $150/person/night.
- No one under the age of 21 is allowed at the property without notifying the host and without a legal guardian accompanying them.
- No one under the age of 23 is allowed to book.
- The maximum total number of guests at the property at any given time is six (6).
- The maximum total number of guests staying overnight at any given time is four (4).
- Violation of rules or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate termination of the reservation, and forfeiture of all fees paid.
- If you are not sure about adherence to the rules, please ask, as we are flexible to most requests.
-I would like your stay to be as comfortable as possible so if you have special requirements or needs please let me know and I'd be happy to accommodate if possible.
*Please note due to deep cleaning in between renters we will be blocking a minimum of 3 days between tenants to allow the home to air and be thoroughly disinfected.

It felt like home

A nice house in a first class location, within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Clean, comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. The owner is very responsive to any inquiries. We stayed for 2 months in this house and it felt certainly as a home. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a terrific stay in this wonderful house in such a perfect location! The house is fully stocked with everything you need, or think you may need, with lots of mirrors, outlets and great lighting. The neighborhood is fantastic and provided me with the perfect relief from the AZ desert heat at my home location. Julie is a tremendous host and responded quickly to all of my questions. We enjoyed our stay at this cute and comfy home in Pasadena! The neighborhood was adorable. It was the perfect size for our group. We loved sitting in the sunroom every morning to enjoy breakfast! Simply Wonderful!

We really enjoyed our stay in this property and Pasadena. It is within easy walking distance of Lake Avenue for anything you might need (food, dry cleaner ...) and if you like walking around a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The home is well maintained, and has everything you need. The Alexa-powered feature is a surprise and amazing. Place was perfect and beautiful, and Julie and her staff made it so easy. Practically perfect in every way

The house is located in a very sweet and quiet neighborhood that is very walkable, including to a grocery store and Starbucks. The house has every modern convenience, including outlets galore. Julie is great and very responsive. She clearly takes pride in this place! This was a last minute booking while relocating my tenants. This property is even nicer than the photos. It’s spacious, light, the kitchen is fantastic and perfectly stocked. The beds are comfortable, sheets fantastic, spacious bathroom. Closets are spacious and lit from within. It’s a completely “smart” house so the lights etc are voice controlled. When we arrived, the house was immaculate. The neighborhood is lovely to walk. This house is super quiet. Julie was a fantastic and communicative owner. I felt comfortable from the moment we arrived and was sad to leave. A thousand stars!!!!!

Pasadena Doll House

We stayed in Julie’s property for a month to be close to our daughter after the arrival of our grandson. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the property and location. The property is on a cute little street so close to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed aimlessly walking around the surrounding neighborhood of beautiful homes and landscaping including some of the most magnificent trees. The home is cozy and has everything you need to be comfortable for an extended stay. The owner Julie is awesome communicating before and during your stay. Couldn’t recommend this property enough. Wonderful stay in adorable home!!
