Exceptional panoramic sea view. Beach very little frequented of fine sand at the foot of the villa. (The owner resides in the year on the ground floor). The apartment was built in 2012: Epeda bedding, Siemens appliance, nespresso coffee machine, wifi ... parking spaces, bicycle garage or stroller if necessary. 3 "SUP paddle" are gracefully available.
