Very quiet street 2 steps from the heart of the city of Nancy.
3 minutes walk there is a shopping street with everything you need: bakery, butcher, fruit and vegetable shop, convenience store, frozen food stores, bars, dry cleaning, florist, banks, pharmacy, cellar ...
The apartment is very well equipped: washing machine, microwave, tv, radio, coffee machine ... and so on
Sheets and towels are provided.
Nearby also on foot the Pépinière park, Place Stanislas and the old town make this apartment the ideal place to put your bags.
A garden and a terrace behind the building are at your disposal.

Great apartment and location

My husband and i loved this apartment and the location was excellent. It is within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The owner is great to work with and very helpful and accommodating. Wish we could have stayed longer. If we come back will definitely stay there again.

Loved this place

Really charming, nicely renovated apartment just a few blocks outside the city's former gates. Two bedrooms, small but nicely renovated kitchen (huge refrigerator but no freezer), washer which we didn't use, and nice living room area.. We missed one text from the owner that had the important access code info, so we wasted 30 or so minutes trying to figure out how to get in and which unit was ours. Texted the owner who came to our rescue and showed us around and where to park. No doubt we would stay here again!

Love this place

Really nice 2 bedroom 1 bath recently renovated flat just outside the Porte Citadelle in the old town. Be aware it's on the third floor so limit baggage.The bed and room is very comfortable. There is a washing machine but not dryer. A drying rack, hangers and iron and ironing board are available. Nice shower! Parking is available in a private garage. This was our second stay here. We will be back for sure.My only concerns are no freezer but that was okay this time since we had some frozen water bottles that actually stayed half frozen in the fridge for our 3 days there. And, there was a little dust on the floor that a Swiffer can take care of.

Great location, not as clean as desired

The apartment is just a few blocks from the beautiful downtown area of Nancy. The neighborhood is very quiet. The apartment has good airflow and stayed cool during the day. When we arrived, one of the kitchen cabinet doors was hanging down crookedly. The kitchen was not very clean - door handles sticky, crumbs in a drawer, and dried coffee coating the soap dispenser of the washing machine. (The coffee maker was on the counter above the washer.) There was black mold in the shower. The owner assumed which of the bedrooms we would want to sleep in, then charged us 15 euros to use the other room because the bed was larger and it would require a second comforter. On the other hand, she let us use a parking space in a garage across the street for free. (Street parking costs 5 euros a day.)

Séjour à Nancy

Après plusieurs séjours en France, enfin un appartement qui est vraiment propre! L'appartement est très soigné, bien organisé, entièrement rénové, une grande douche, les meubles avec beaucoup de style, un canapé très confortable en cuir. La proximité du centre ville permet de tout faire à pied, et Noemie nous a même mis gratuitement à disposition un garage privé, mais ne pas avoire une voiture trop grande, avec notre Ford Galaxy s'était un peu juste. À remarquer aussi, que pour sortir d' une chambre, il faut traverser l'autre, ce qui n'était pas un problème pour nous. Sinon il y a 2 très bonnes boulangeries a 3 minutes à pieds et un carrefour a 5 minutes.Parfait!

Tolle saubere Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist groß, sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Tolle große und sehr bequeme Betten. Es fehlte an nichts. Zur Wohnung gehört eine Garage. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war einwandfrei. Wir kommen wieder.

Sehr ruhig, schöne Gegend, Park und Altstadt sehr nah

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber, praktisch, gut ausgestattet. Nettes Viertel in Laufnähe der Altstadt. Kein Problem mit dem Parken. Viele Tipps für den Aufenthalt und Karten lagen bereit. Sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Schön, dass es einen Garten gibt, den man benutzen kann. Weniger angenehm war für uns, dass die beiden Schlafzimmer hintereinander liegen. Trotzdem: gerne wieder!

Un nid douillet au calme.

Appartement rénové, bien équipé, assez cosy et au calme. La propriétaire est cordiale et flexible ; même si nous ne l'avons pas vue. Tout s'est passé à distance et sans encombre. Tout est pensé pour que le séjour soit agréable. Bravo à vous et merci encore!

Historisches Apartment, toll saniert in zentraler + ruhiger Lage - unkomplizierte Gastgeberin

Direkt im Quartier 3 Maisons mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und dennoch ruhig. Durch die Altstadt in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zum Place Stanislas. Noemi war eine zuverlässige und unkomplizierte Gastgeberin! Das Apartment ist komplett ausgestattet.
