Luxury villa "villa" of 340 m2 for 12 guests, built on a sumptuous Mediterranean garden of 1 140 m2, the villa offers a large terrace with a pool and a pool house, with a panoramic sea view. It is located a short distance from Tangier and was completely renovated a year ago. It offers beautiful finishes, marble floors, central staircase.
The level reception consists of a large living room with fireplace, a dining room, small oriental lounge, two European lounges, a bedroom for couples with shower room and a kitchen, a toilet. On the first floor is the master bedroom with dressing-office and bathroom en suite with private terrace, two double bedrooms a large living room and a laundry room annex. The garden level offers sea and mountain views. Garage. Parking spaces. Also included linen and towel. Housekeeper on site who will make your stay pleasant and stress-free. Included in the price 4 hours cleaning per day.
