2 bedroom 2.5 bath Townhome in gated community! 10 mins to Disney, 15 to seaworld, and 20 to universal studios. Community includes large beautiful heated pool and playground/bbq area. Extremely well kept with professional cleaning services after each guest stay. Fully stocked kitchen with Keurig coffee, all dishes, utensils, seasonings etc. All bathrooms fully stocked with toiletries and plenty of extra towels. Patio includes chairs, firepit, and sitting area.


Two bedrooms with a king size bed in one room and a queen in the second room. Both rooms have a private bathroom and half bath downstairs when you walk into the home. Dining table that seats 4 with two bar stools for a total of 6 for dining seats and full living room with seating for 5+. Outdoor patio with chairs.
A/C, WiFi, slingTv, Hulu, Netflix, and Roku are all accessible in living room and both bedrooms.
Comfort and cleanliness is what we focus on. I ensure you feel as much like your at home as possible and we make sure the home is spotless and fully sanitized upon your arrival.
You will also find so much convenience around the home. Walmart, Publix, restaurants, gas stations and outlet shopping all within 1 mile of the home.
I only live ten minutes down the road so I am always at your fingertips if you need anything or if anything comes up you can easily contact me.

Perfect condo

This was my second time at this property. The condo had everything I needed, and it is close to shopping and restaurants. Andrea is a fantastic host, and she quickly responds to any questions. I will be back next year!

I think Andrea has raised the bar for hosting. Her home was exceptionally clean and comfortable and the decor was very cute. The house is in a nice gated neighborhood, about 10 minutes drive from Disney. We had come to town for the Disney Marathon and it was perfectly situated for us to get an early start without rushing. Regarding the inside of the home, there were little snacks, coffee and bathroom essentials provided, and the Internet is a fast speed. There was also wine on the rack which we didn't expect at all (but decided to have one bottle). Leaving was so simple. Only run the dishwasher and return the thermostat back to the requested temp, take the trash to the nearby trash container close to the house and that was pretty much it. No washing bed sheets, or anything else. We also forgot our bathrobe but she reached out and offered to mail it to us. Andrea was super responsive to our requests and made our stay issue and worry free. We would totally come back again and stay.

5+ rating from booking to check out. Property had above and beyond extra details that made it feel like home. Quiet, convenient walk to the pool, and only minutes from everything you want, i.e. stores, restaurants etc. Look forward to staying there again in the future.

Awesome Condo

The condo was excellent! It had everything that you will need and more. Andrea always responded immediately to questions. Walmart, grocery store, pet store, fast food, and dining are less than a 10 minute drive.

I am a dog mom who bought this as my first home! I absolutely loved living in this townhome and I got my first little boy, Chase, in this home. I treated it with love and care and as if I would live there forever. Due to needing more space we moved into a larger home about 4 miles away from the townhome. This is a smoke free home with all new floorings and accent carpet.

This property will make you feel as close to home as possible. We furnish this home as if we lived there our selves. Modern up to date décor, pillows, carpets, floors, utensils, bedding, pillows. Everything in this home is very new and is professionally laundered/cleaned between each stay. The kitchen is stocked with coffee, utensils, pots, pans, and anything you could need if you want to cook for you and your family.

I put a 100% guarantee you will love staying, sleeping, and relaxing in this townhome.

10 min drive to Disney, 15 to SeaWorld, and 20 to Universal. The pool is less than a 3 min walk from the front door. The property also has a small playground and bbq/picnic area right out of the front door also. Shopping, dining, and sight seeing is all within a few miles of the home.
