This beautiful 3 bedroom single story home is situated in Chatham Park subdivision, in the heart of West Kissimmee. Chatham Park is a small, beautifully maintained community and with quick access to Hwy 192, is close to Orlando’s main attractions. Relax in the peace and tranquility of this fabulous location where it’s hard to imagine you are just a short drive to the local Central Florida attractions like Disney, Sea World and Universal Studios. With Hwy 192 so close by, you are close to shops, great restaurants and grocery stores.
The property management company is available 24 hours a day if you have any problems at the home.

This is a great house in a wonderful neighborhood. We were able to go for walks at all hours, the neighbors are quiet and respectful. The property was beautiful and any questions we had were answered quickly and completely. Thank you for making our time in Florida a joy!

Family Spring Break Vacation

This property was perfect for our family's spring break vacation to Universal. The house accommodated our family of 4, along with our small dog, perfectly. The kids loved playing in the screened-in pool and we loved how close the property was to Walmart and the outlet mall. This location was about a 35 minute drive from Universal theme parks, which was perfect for us. Safe and quiet neighborhood.

Perfect location

This house is in a great location. We were able to get to Disney and Universal parks in less than 30 minutes even when traffic was bad. The pool was nice and allowed for some relaxation after being in the parks all day.

Amazing Home!

What a great home! We booked this to be close to the Disney parks! Great location and wonderful neighborhood. We walked our dogs every evening and everyone was just so friendly! Home had everything would need and more. Cupboards were stocked with dishes and household items that we needed to cook up great meals. Plenty of towels for the pool as well as showers and the couch was extremely comfortable. Pool was great and the park behind the house was a great perk! We will definitely stay again. Thank you sobmuch!

Great time!

Hubby and I stayed for 3 weeks and was joined by my daughters and grandson on the third week. My grandson had so much to do with mini putting close by and the driving range. A park is right behind us and he loved that! Tennis court right there so we started playing again. The heated pool was awesome! Very safe neighbourhood for walking. Management were very fast with any issues. Would definitely stay again!

Great place, Clean and nice pool

This was the perfect house for my wife and me including our golden retriever. The house was very clean, it had newer appliances and the pool was great. The location was perfect because there was a Sams Club withing 2 miles along with several grocery stores. Plus, there was a Planet Fitness close for my wife (5 miles) along with an Anytime Fitness for myself. (5 miles.) While this was a great location, traffic can get heavy on some main roads during the day time.

A great experience close to Disney

This house was everything that was in the original description. Property was clean, well stocked, and provided a very relaxing vacation atmosphere. The neighbors were very respectful of our privacy and provided a very friendly experience. (They even put our recycling on the curb for us). The pool was at a constant 87 degrees during our January stay. Appliances were all in perfect working order and water temperature was consistent. Bringing our pets worked out very well on this property. Even though there was not much backyard, there is a great open green space leading to a park. Also, the neighborhood was a good place to walk the pets. 10 minutes to Publix and Walmart. 20 minutes to Disney. Easy access to run into the resort and return home. (And the roads we travelled were not crowded. It was a great experience for us, as first time renters. Highly recommend this house.

Home offered exactly what we needed

We rented this home for 2.5 weeks during our Disney vacation. Upon arrival, home was clean and as pictured in photos. There were a few very minor issues that we noticed upon arrival, but nothing that impacted our stay or warranted a call to mgmt company. One of the vertical blinds was broken in the master bedroom and the door stop on wall was cracked behind garage/kitchen door, but my husband actually got a new one during our stay and replaced it for a few dollars and it's fixed for them now. Those were really our only issues and, like I said, they were very minor and didn't impact anything! Easy to follow directions were on the counter and walked us through trash service, pool upkeep, etc. We had no issues following any of the rules during the stay. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. It offers an inground pool with a covered lanai. It was a good location. Traffic was a bit hectic on Ponciata Dr in the a.m., which is the main drag off of Siesta Lago by the neighborhood.... so if you are going to Disney in the mornings, plan at least 20-25 minutes for your drive, with traffic. Overall, this home was perfect and offered exactly what our family of 4 needed. We would definitely stay there again in the future! Thank you for a wonderful vacation and stay!! We forgot to write in the journal - sorry about that! Thanks for everything!

Very nice property and stay

Enjoyed our stay at this house. Remember this is more of a 3 star hotel-type experience and not a 5 star. If your expectations are in check, you'll be very happy. Cleanliness - Good, not great. AC vents and baseboards show lots of built-up dirt. Spiders were pretty active and old webs were in lots of places. That said, it was plenty clean for us. Main surfaces and bathrooms, etc. all looked good. Just could use an intense clean to reset some of the areas back to a totally clean state. Kitchen - It is well-enough equipped but the appliances are definitely old. That's no big deal if you don't care about those things. Plenty good enough to get dishes washed and cook a quick meal on the stove. But, if you are looking for a smooth-surface stove, nice big dishwasher, etc. this isn't that kind of kitchen. Pool heat - awesome. Kept at 88 if you pay for the heat and it was great. Neighborhood - Plenty safe and nice. Neighbors are close and there are a lot of cats roaming around. My wife and I walked every day happily. Again tough, this isn't a gated community. It is a middle class'ish vibe. Lots of good, hard working families. Traffic - Definitely judge traffic based on a google maps estimate or something similar. Looking at mileage alone will be very deceiving. Traffic lights are long, and getting on the main road can take a while. Location for things to do is excellent (walking, parks, food, night out, disney, etc). Tons of options. Lots of living space. Spare bedrooms small.

Our pet was approved and the back yard open space was perfect for her to fetch. We travel by van so we had all the spices we needed to cook. The home only had salt and pepper. We had our own grill and utensils and dishes were great. We opted for no heater in the pool which was fine as the weather had been warm. We had shower soap and shampoo. If traveling by plane, one would need to purchase these items. VRBO did state that these were not provided. The washer and dryer were like new and soap was provided. Thank you for the stay.

Short distance to Disney!

Location of rental house is great for Disney. It’s close enough that we did not have to wake up super early to reach Disney parking lot and still be in first group inside park. It was also nice traveling short distance back to house after a long hot exhausting day. The house is pet friendly which we really appreciated. It was clean and described exactly like the photos. Don’t let the neighbor’s yard put you off. They were quiet and nice enough to put the trash bins out to road for us. The community park is directly behind house which was nice for our toddler and dogs. This rental house provided for us exactly what we needed for the week at Disney. Thank you.

AC went out on our last night and the management company refused to come and fix it.

The neighbor has a junk yard in his driveway, they across the street neighbor parks directly behind the driveway in the street. We decided to stay despite it. Everything was fine until the final night the ac went out. It was 83 degrees in the house. We called the on call management rep and they tried to troubleshoot over the phone. When that didn’t work they said that they wouldn’t be able to do anything about it because it was 10 o clock at night. I told him it was unacceptable with my pregnant wife and two dogs in the house and that he needed to call someone to fix it. This is Florida and there are no less than 100 hvac techs in the area and almost all of them have 24 hour emergency service. He refused stating that there was no one that he would call to come out. I then said we need a refund for the night because it is ridiculous that they wouldn’t fix the ac. He then began to yell at me and stated I threatened him. Needless to say I sent my pregnant wife on a 3 hour drive home at 11pm at night. They also continue to harass me the following day via text messages. They were extremely rude, inconsiderate and negligent. I will be furthering this issue with vrbo and the Orlando area regulatory commission on hotels and vacation rentals. As well as following up with the actual owner of the home. They also had me pay them directly circumventing vrbo and their process. I will never stay in a home with this group again.

The review speaks fir itself with so many false accusations. First we are a property management company who takes payments through our merchant services and vrbo as set up by vrbo and is clearly the correct way of doing it. Secondly the guest stayed for 8 nights without a problem until he said the ac stopped working, we tried to troubleshoot the problem which he said did not work, we then told him as it was after 10pm our ac vendor could only get there in the morning, there are ceiling fans in the house aswell as extra fans and the outside temperature was 74° and opening some windows would cool the home. We also offered to refund him if he would like to get a hotel for the night as he was leaving the following morning. At this he started to threaten and verbally abuse. We warned him we would cancel communication but he carried on. On inspection the morning after there was no problem with the AC, we monitored it for 8 hours and all was good as it has been for the guest in house now. Also the day after he wrote threatening to contact all kinds of authorities and the owners of the home. Please look at our other reviews and you will see this is not how we run our company. This guest will definitely not be allowed back.

Winter Vacation

Nice house with pool, both sets of couches and love seats, as well as patio cushions were very worn and not very comfortable, this is a simple fix that many rentals lack replacing. This is the whole reason to be on vacation and relax with comfortable furniture.
