Great property, Great Host

We have enjoyed another month in Patricia’s lovely home with its magnificent roof terrace and all mod cons. Patricia is an excellent host and attends to any issues immediately. Check in and out were smooth and prompt with the lovely Mariam. If you are craving a chill out in total privacy, then this is the perfect place.

a cote de l aéroport un peut bruyant en journee le week end . eclairage piece du salon trop sombre . très mal isole phonétiquement par apport au voisin. logement très convenable et tres bien equipe pratique citue au milieu de l ile .

Merci pour vos commentairesLaurent.Cependant depuis 2017 que je loue , ils sont bien nouveaux...Concernant les avions, l'appartement n'etant pas situé sous le couloir aérien, personne ne m'en a fait la remarque ..Pour ce qui est de l isolation elle est conforme aux normes canariennes et pas de remarques précédentes non plus...L'éclairage du salon est fourni par: 2 lampadaires+ 2 suspensions plafond en plus des 2 suspensions cuisine( voir photos) ..donc je suis étonnée...Je suis désolée Laurent mais,vous remercie de m'avoir informée de ces éléments jusqu'à présent non relevés.

Fuerteventura une île sauvage et très urbanisée. Le logement de Patricia est tres correct avec vue sur la mer.

Comfortable, peaceful location near to all amenities

My wife and I loved the nine days we stayed here. The location is great, on the outside road of a small complex with an uninterupted view across to Caleta De Fuste and the sea. We took full advantage of both terraces, the lower, just outside our chosen bedroom, we used for breakfast and reading, the upper for the BBQ and sunbathing. Parking is free and easy and the neighbourhood is very quiet. The apartment has two decent sized double bedrooms and an enormous room with two 3ft single beds. Two bathrooms with toilets and bidets next to the bedrooms. As a couple, it was a luxurious amount of space. We always have a car so that we can travel about but it would be easy to just stay put which we did on three of our days. We also walked to Caleta and the local Mercadona store, although there is a well stocked mini-market within 3 mins walk. Walk for another minute and there are a number of restaurants and bars of various types from Spanish to Chinese and Indian. The complex has a nice, well maintained pool but we didn't actually swim in it as the water is a bit chilly this time of the year. All in all, it was a lovely holiday and we would recommend this apartment, especially for families. There were just the two of us but it would be fantastic value for more people sharing.
