Extremely beautiful holiday-home in southern Corsica

This holiday-home is one of the rare examples, where reality is much better than the pictures, you see in the description. Beautifully located in the hills above Solenzara, with seaview-terrace, pool, spacious living-areas incl. large kitchen and 2 bathrooms. All rooms with air-condition. Super clean, modern interior, quality built, offering just everything you need to enjoy a rememberable holiday. Far enough away from tourist traffic. Several beaches within 10-15 min. drive time. Solenzara is an ideal starting point for several daytrips in south-east Corsica.

Great quiet location with a view and a nice pool

We had a fantastic week in this house. The house is modern and well equipped. Wifi was available and worked flawlessly for us, streaming from Netflix worked perfectly. We had all our meals on the large balcony overlooking the sea, and the rest of the time at the house was spent by the pool, which is placed in a private area on the side of the house. The location of the house was just what we wanted, a very quiet area up a hill, with nice views towards the sea. Within a short drive you have Solenzara with restaurants, boulangerie, supermarket etc. There's also very nice beaches close by - we can recommend Canella which also has good restaurants. Christophe and his wife were excellent hosts, very friendly and helpful, and available to answer all our questions. We would definitely consider staying again if we come back to Corsica!

Great view - cool and fresh house

Everything, from the first contact to final check out worked smoothly. The house was cleaned and nice, everything that is needed for a holiday is included. The only thing that we reflected upon is the layout of the house. The only access from the house to the pool area is through a bedroom. And there is no access to the pool area from the balcony. So you don’t have visual access over that area from kitchen or social areas. So, if you have smaller kids (we have not) you could experience that it might be tricky to oversee. But again, not an issue for us. So everything was perfect for us.

Tolles Haus, sehr sauber und freundliche Gastgeber

Wir waren zwei Familien insgesamt 8 Personen und das Haus hatte viel Platz für alle. Es war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und hat einen sehr schönen Ausblick aufs Meer. Auf der tollen Terasse haben wir sehr viele Morgen und Abende genossen. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits vom ganzen Trubel von Solenzara was was uns sehr gefallen hat. Auch Unternehmungen sind von hier aus sehr gut zu machen. Vor allem die Gastfreundschaft von unserem Gastgeber Christophe und seiner Frau ist eine Erwähnung wert. Sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und tolle Ferien!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Sehr gepflegtes Haus und sehr nette Gastgeber. Lage zwar etwas ausserhalb aber sehr schöner Blick aufs Meer schon beim Frühstück von der Terrassr aus. Im Haus ist alles vohanden was benötigt wird.

Tranquilité, ressource, vue mer magnifique, Villa très bien équipée et confortable

Un séjour loin de la cohue de Solenzara pendant le mois d'aout ! Et malgré tout, à une poignée de minutes de la plage, où se mêlent, mer et rivière ! Une villa ou rien ne manque, que je recommande pour sa tranquillité ses levés de soleil et couchés de lune magnifiques. Piscine toujours propre, un peu petite pour nager mais parfaite pour les après randos !! Propriétaires charmants, serviables et ouverts !

Sehr schöner Auffenhalt in Solenzara

Wir hatten ein sehr schönen Auffenhalt in der Villa von Charlotte und Christophe , welche sehr nette Gastgeber waren. Die Villa entspricht der Beschreibung voll und ganz . Sehr schöner Ausblick auf das Meer von der Terasse und dem Küchenfenster . Wir waren zwei Familien mit Kindern da, die Villa war für uns groß genug und der Pool wurde von allen sehr gerne genutzt. Was wir als sehr gut empfunden haben, dass war die Ausstattung der Küche , so eine gute Ausstatung habe ich in keinem Urlaub vor gefunden . Es hat uns in der Villa an nichts gefehlt. Wir können und werden die Villa und die Gastgeber Charlotte und Christophe weiter Empfehlen. Übrigens die Vila neben an gehört den Gastgeber auch und kann auch gebucht werden, somit kann man mit großer Familie oder Freunden gemeisam Urlaub machen.

Ein genialer Urlaub

Der Aufenthalt war super! Die Begrüßung durch Christof war super herzlich. Er ist ein toller Vermieter und kümmert sich um seine Gäste, ist zugleich aber nicht aufdringlich. Beim Haus fehlt es an nichts. Gute Ausstattung, vor allem auch in der Küche! Der Pool ist super vor allem auch der Zugang mit kleinen Kindern durch das Elternschlafzimmer. Perfekt. Aber auch durch eine abschließbare Tür von außen erreichbar. Alles sehr stilvoll und modern. Wiederholungsgefahr 100 %

Séjour à Togna (Solenzara)

Nous sommes partis en Corse à 7 ( 2 familles avec des ado)pour la première fois. Nous ne regrettons pas notre choix ni d’emplacement ni de location. Nous avons bien profité des environs malgré la météo. La piscine chauffée c’était un vrai plus ( il faisait froid) pour nous 3 garçons. Et la maison est assez spacieuse pour deux familles et la vue de la terrasse c’est magnifique, on pu admirer le réflexe de la pleine lune sur la mer. Nous vous conseillons la maison de Christophe. Une vue époustouflante sur la mer, une maison très propre, au niveau équipement il ne manque rien, un propriétaire présent au moindre soucis et en même temps très discret, vous avez besoin d'un renseignement, un soucis avec la maison il répond de suite à vos requêtes. Solenzara à 5 kms de la maison présence de tous les commerces . Je recommande cette maison. Nous étions 2 couples d'amis et nous avons adoré cette location, et sans hésitation nous reviendrons dans cette maison. Merci à Christophe et Charlotte

L'île de beauté

Solenzara, par sa situation, donne un accès "rapide" sur l'est de l'île. Idéal pour voir un maximum de sites, de Bonifacio à Bastia. La maison offre de beaux espaces de vie, du rangement, propreté, une belle vue sur la mer et est très fonctionnelle. L'accueil est au top, séjour au delà de nos espérances. Super ! Nous reviendrons...
