Great Beach Condo

Great location, great view! My family and I really enjoyed our stay and really liked St Simon Island. Highly recommend staying here. Only thing to know that wasn’t obvious is there is a trash dumpster behind the rental office so you can dispose of trash - like they ask you to.

Everything was great. Only reason overall stay is a 4 is because it is a long walk to the beach. 1/4 mile. The property was very clean and our unit was immaculate

Great location, walking distance to the beach

Comfortable and easy access. Although is a building from the ‘80s, it’s well maintained. The apartment could use a bit of revamping for closets. But in general, very comfortable
