Overall the property and unit met our expectations. Our only real complaints are, upon arrival the door was open/ not latched. We did get up to the unit about 10 minutes before the check-in time, so we waited until 4 before entering. The floors were wet, indicating that the maid had just been there, I assume the door didn’t shut behind her. We did learn that if you let it close itself it needed an extra pull to latch and lock. No a big deal, just a little unusual to check your condo for people before you enter on check in. The more concerning is that the last morning we woke to the door again unlatched/open as if someone had tried to open it but didn’t pull the door closed after. The chain on the door kept the person, hopefully just the maid, from entering. The door was definitely closed when we put the chain on before bed.
