Enjoy Island living from this newly furnished 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath Sea Haven town home. Sea Haven is located less than 1 block from the beach, between North Breakers and the Coast Guard Station.

The first level, which is located above the garage, features a living room and reading area. Just steps above is a beautiful, spacious kitchen and dining area. The master suite and laundry room is located mid-level. The top floor features two guest room and two full baths.

Covered porches are located off the kitchen and each of the bedrooms. The top floor guest bedroom offers a partial ocean view from the balcony.

Elegant appointments include crown molding, plantation shutters, French doors, bright open spaces, hardwood flooring in the living areas, large tiled baths, and new furnishings throughout.

Please note that parking is limited to 2 vehicles and driveway must not be blocked.

Superb location for walking to our favorite beach. Home was spacious, stylish, clean, and quiet. We particularly loved the large dining table, well-equipped kitchen, open common spaces, and balconies off each room. Would definitely stay here again!

I would stay here again! This accommodated ourfamily of 7 very well. It had everything we needed/wanted in a home away from home. It is conveniently located to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. It was clean enough to be comfortable, but maybe could use a deep clean with carpets and living room couches. When we first arrived there were sugar ants in the kitchen, but HC sent pest control out right away and took care of it and there were no more issues the rest of our 3 night stay. Overall, I thought this townhouse was great and would stay again if available. Check in/out was very easy and communication through email was great.

Property was nice

The property was nice, but the elevator was unavailable for use so four flights of stairs to get to the guest bedrooms was laborious, especially with guests in our party who had bad knees. Luckily we didn't have anyone who was disabled - we would not have known of all of those stairs to reach every level, including the kitchen.
