The cottage was exactly as advertised, centrally located to lots of good restaurants, beach access anything you really wanted to do I would definitely recommend it and I would be sure to use Alex again and rent it for a second time no questions asked

Great Place to Stay on St. Simons

We had a great stay at this cottage. The check-in process and communication was fantastic and the house is nice and felt new inside. It's in a great location on East Beach that is very close to the ocean and Coast Guard station.

What could be better?

Beautifully done cottage feel walking distance to the beach. Early communication and easy check in from the prop manager. Will love to stay there again.

Short and sweet

A very short distance from East Beach and a sweet, family friendly space. Convenient to Pier Village or other locations making access by foot, bike very easy. Very relaxing and comfortable.

Great space with a short walk to the beach.

Our family of 3 fit nicely in this cute home. Plenty of linens and well stocked kitchen. When we arrived there was no grill as advertised, however, we contacted the property manager and had one on the porch within hours. Nice neighborhood for waking/jogging and the walk to the beach was not bad at all. We enjoyed our time here!

Which place is it

No house number. We had a tough time finding the rental because there was no number on the house. We finally found out where it was by finding the patio in the picture. I really liked all the things they provided like dishwasher soap
