Both are perfect for accommodating many guests comfortably. Each room comes with its own bathroom for privacy and comfort. You'll love lounging on the cozy futon sofa while taking in the gorgeous ocean views. Enjoy crystal clear views from the furnished lanai, which features seating for four. The perfect Kona location.

We loved staying here. Every thing was short walking distance in town. Outside of town 90 minutes got you to everything you want to see from green beach to very top of Mauna Kea. Plan on returning next year and other than a few days in Hilo hope to return to this condo!

Good location

The location is good for access to shops, etc. on Ali’i Drive but a bit overpriced for what you get. For example, there are several fancy hotels nearby that have a daily rate per person for less and with more amenities as long as you don’t want to cook.

Location!

Great place to stay for walkability and ample parking. Nice that they had coffee for a few days and all the comforts of home! I would definitely stay here again!

Girls week in Kona

Great location . You could walk to Kailua bay, restaurants a plenty and tons of shopping. Condo had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. We used the beach chairs and umbrella. Lanai was a great place to sit and relax and people watch. Totally enjoyed our stay!

Condo in the heart of Kona

We enjoyed our time. Location was great, would absolutely consider this property for a future vacation. Loved seeing the sunset from the very spacious Lanai.
