Open kitchen well equipped, 1 round table with 4 chairs. Refrigerator-freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, oven.

1 separate WC.

1 Bedroom out on the terrace with 1 bed 2 people 140X190 cm (sleeping equipped with a boutis or quilt + protector mattress and 4 pillows 60x60cm).

1 shower room (large receiver 120x0,90cm), 1 piece of furniture 2 drawers and 1 washbasin + mirror, washing machine and DRY LINEN, hairdryer.

Drying rack, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron.

Big TERRACE (35m ²) with living room of garden, 1 table, 4 armchairs.

Delightful Apartment

This was a superb apartment situated a short distance from a large beach. It was not far from the centre of the town. The property was very well equipped with everything that we needed. There was a secluded patio which caught the sun every morning. The apartment was ideal for 2 people and was very clean and well presented. We would definitely stay there again.

Agréable séjour dans un logement très bien équipé et super propre où l'on peut apprécier la tranquillité, la proximité des commerces et des restaurants, les longues balades le long de la côte ainsi qu'une plage en traversant la route et une terrasse très relaxante. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et nous ne manquerons pas d'y retourner lorsque nous irons en Vendée.

Diese Wohnung war perfekt und hat unsere Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen! Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und ist sehr, sehr sauber! Strand direkt gegenüber, centre ville mit Restaurants in ca. 10 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Drei gute Restaurants direkt um die Ecke.

Logement fidèle en tout point aux photos. Son emplacement est parfait : face à la plage du Boisvinet, à 15mn à pieds du centre, tout proche de l'embarcadère pour l'île d'Yeu, et en face d'un des meilleurs restaurants de la ville. L'appartement est calme, frais, spacieux, très bien équipé et très confortable, agrémenté d'un petit jardin privatif très plaisant. Le logement était très propre. Les propriétaires sont accueillants, sympathiques et discrets; ils nous ont donné de bons conseil: Un excellent séjour avec soleil et chaleur en prime sur 13 jours!
