The kitchen is fully equipped with all the comforts of home. Custom cabinets and granite countertops complete the look. Upgraded cable and internet including dedicated Wi-Fi make this a great space for work or play. Bed and bath linens are included.

Open the double sliding glass doors to enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail from the screened in porch. Plenty of outdoor seating creates a comfortable space to relax and take in the peaceful view of Lake Arrowhead while enjoying a casual meal. It's all just a short walk away from a beautiful stretch of white sandy beach along Kingston Plantation.

The outdoor pool is just steps away and open Memorial Day through Labor Day.

We generally accept Saturday to Saturday, 7-night reservations in-season (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Contact us for alternate dates, shorter stays or longer “snow bird” winter rentals.

Please Note: Private vacation rental guests do not have access to the fitness center, resort shuttle transportation, Embassy Suites pools and splash park, or pools located elsewhere around Kingston Plantation. However, all guests may use either the oceanfront pool, located between the North and South Hampton Towers or the pool adjacent to Laurel Court, just across the footbridge from Sandy Toes.

HOA policy states that the guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire length of the stay. Additionally, smoking is NOT permitted inside the villa or on the screened in porch. Pets are not allowed at any time.

Per Kingston Plantation HOA Policy:

Resort management restricts golf cart rentals to the on-site Kingston golf cart rental office. Guests who wish to bring their personal golf carts may do so, only after completing a registration form with the resort office prior to arrival. This is the current resort policy which is subject to change. Motorcycle parking is permitted in the designated motorcycle parking area only, located just prior to the front gate and across from the fitness center. Trailer parking is NOT permitted at any time.
