A perfect villa location in Kingston Plantation. Located right next to the St. James Park pool in Building 1 and as close to the beach as you can get before paying high-rise rates! Enjoy the privacy that comes with each bedroom having its own bathroom.

No waiting in line to check in! No keys to keep track of.
You will receive a code for the digital lock on the door and you can go right in when you arrive. Everyone in your group will have access all the time with the code.

It's a short stroll to the beach along a paved path that makes pulling those beach carts or coolers a breeze.

Our unit is 100% smoke free. Our no smoking policy is strictly enforced.

Parking right outside the door in our designated covered carport makes access to this beautiful villa convenient for unpacking.

Entrance is on the 2nd floor. One flight of stairs. Your rate includes all bedding and bath towels.

Our location provides peace and quiet in the beautiful park-like setting of St. James Park with shade trees and two lakes right by the villa. The pool for the neighborhood is right next to the villa. With just a short walk, the setting changes entirely as you reach the Embassy Suites hotel on the property and enjoy the restaurants and bars. Then it is right over the dunes to the ocean.

No pets allowed.
Minimum age for renting is 25.

Full Day Spa and Hair Salon on site.
Gated entrance with 24-hour security.

The Hilton/Embassy Suites' pool, pool deck and Kiddie water park are only available to guests who book directly through Kingston Plantation/Embassy Suites/Hilton.

The place was nice. There were 2 dead roaches one in the bathroom and one in one of the bedrooms. One of the lights in the bedroom on the right did not work and the back on the remote in the master bedroom won’t stay on. But overall, you helped me make my babies 17th birthday a success.

Annual Myrtle Beach Trip

We had a great time. The villa was perfect...enough rooms and enough beds! All of the normal amenities were available...all we had to buy was food and a few extra things like paper towels. The other best thing was that the pool was right next door so we didn't have to walk to the beach to have "beach" fun! We will definitely consider coming back next year.

Great property. Easy access to the pool. Great covered parking with easy access to property without having to park in parking decks like other options at Kingston. We have stayed in the high rise condos at Kingston in the past, but with having small kids this worked out WAY better without having to navigate a parking spot and lug things up on an elevator. Highly recommend!

Why they chose this property

I prefer the villas at Kingston to the high rises for a few reasons. You have your own covered carport for your car. It stays cool in the shade and is right there when you need it and loading and unloaded are a breeze. You do not have to valet your car and wait for it every time you need it. Have you ever been in the madness on move in and move out days?? Waiting for an elevator? Waiting for a luggage cart? Waiting for your car to be brought around? That was just not for me.

What makes this property unique

St. James Park is the best neighborhood of villas in Kingston because it is the closest to the beach. I chose building #1 because it is the closet building in St. James Park to the beach and also sits right next to the pool
