Air-conditioned villa on one level with heated swimming pool (8m x 3.5m), and private garden of 200m².

Living room with sitting area and dining area.
Open fitted kitchen (electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher).
Cellar with washing machine, ironing board and iron.

- 1 bedroom of 15m² with integrated cupboard (wardrobe and shelves), large Queen Size bed, 160cm, television, shower room and adjoining toilet.
- 1 bedroom of 15m² with integrated cupboard (wardrobe and shelves), large Queen Size bed, 160cm and adjoining bathroom with shower and wc.
- 1 bedroom of 15m² with integrated cupboard (wardrobe and shelves), 2 90cm beds and adjoining bathroom with shower and wc.

Large terrace opening directly onto the swimming pool and the garden. It is equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture (deckchairs and garden furniture).

Most of the villa: safe, parking (box), garden, vegetable patch available to customers (free vegetables), linen provided (towels, sheets, tea towels), bikes, swimming pool cleaned every morning, possibility of daily cleaning, delivery of bread and pastries in the morning, linen changed weekly for stays longer than a week, free WIFI.

The villa is entirely bio-climatic. Built with noble materials, respectful of the environment and the health of its occupants.

We had ar real good stay in this villa together with 4 children (6, 10, 12 and 14 years old). It is a clean and big villa with enough room for everyone. each bedroom has its own bathroom. The heated pool was great in this time of the year, our children loves it. Every morning there was fresh bread at 8 o clock, what was really nice. Celia was very helpful and kind. She answers the questions instantly. She gave good suggestions for restaurants and things to do. It is a beautiful surrounding with the beach nearby, a great train station!, and the city of Calvi winch is beautiful If you like walking? there is enough to do nearby, but you definitely need a car. Celia and family thank you very, very much for this wonderfull stay!

Formidable séjour aux Villas Célia

Notre second séjour aux villas Célia - cette année en tribu élargie (2 adultes et 4 ados) - a encore une fois tenu toutes ses promesses, et au-delà. La qualité de l'accueil de Mme Leca et son équipe alliée au luxe de l'équipement, décoration et confort de la Casa Vignola nous ont enchantés. La situation de la villa, îlot de calme entre mer et montagne, permet tant les parties de plage que les visites dans l'arrière pays balagnais sans avoir à affronter la circulation. La proximité de l'Ile Rousse, de ses commerces et de son terminal ferry, constitue un atout indéniable (5mn de voiture).
