Watch the waves roll in from the ocean front balcony of this 2 bedroom 2 bath end unit. Enjoy the open floor plan and recently updated unit. The living room is oceanfront with great views, and access to the large oceanfront balcony. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed, and there is a full hall bath in the hall. There is a washer/dryer in the closet in the hall bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, a full private bathroom, and a small street side balcony.

Relax at the oceanfront community pool right next to the private beach access. Conveniently located on the north end of the island. You are just a short walk away from the newly renovated, family oriented Carolina Beach Boardwalk. Come make lasting memories in this gorgeous unit. Assigned parking for 1 vehicle using shared common driveway.

Perfect

Our quick Memorial Day weekend getaway was great. The house was well stocked, clean and very convenient to the boardwalk, restaurants, etc. MY only complaint is the TV's. They are all streaming TV's with no access to local channels and the WIFI is spotty so even the channels you can get are sub-par at best. Having to go to the Intracoastal Realty office to pick up keys and then drop off is also unneccesary IMO. The condo door has a code box...so why do we need to come by the office. Just seemed like an unnecessary step in my opinion. We would still return to this unit even with the couple of minor issues. Thanks for a great weekend!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location great. Condo was clean. Ants in both bathrooms and kitchen. Water temperature in master bath would not turn down to cooler....too hot. TV in family room would not display free channels even after instructions were left by rental agency.....poor instructions.

Fantastic location

The stay overall was great. The pool was not open which was a bit disappointing but that’s nothing to complain about especially being so close to the ocean. The kitchen was stocked. Plenty of towels etc where given. There was plenty of privacy and local restaurants even delivered. Great location great stay.
