The condo has 2 King beds, 1 Full with twin top bunk and trundle for the kids and 1 sleeper sofa.
Each room has a smart TV and each bedroom has a balcony. You can catch late afternoon sunsets on the back balconies. The location of our Condo is perfect for families with easy access to the beach for swimming, surfing or paddle boarding the inter-coastal to exploring the board walk area for restaurants, shopping and fun activities. Awesome Stay

We had an awesome week at this property. It was a great price for the amount of space. We enjoyed the ocean view from the deck and the kiddos enjoyed the pool.

So many positives!

We loved our stay! It was stocked with everything we could have possibly needed for our stay. The host was so easy to communicate with, very responsive and kind. We loved that the parking was designated, we enjoyed the covered porch with fans, the storage room and the space and cleanliness of the condo. We will be back!

Perfect Getaway

We found this rental to be a great gem amongst all the other rentals out there. Clean and well stocked with many considerations that most rentals put on you to provide. Lots of linens and towels, access to beach chairs, and just the right things in the kitchen to make a vacation perfect. We will be putting this one on our future short list!

Perfect!

We have stayed in this building twice before, but Melanie’s property was our favorite by far! Perfect view from the balcony, very clean condo, and was stocked with so many of the small things you may forget when traveling. Love the proximity to the beach, and especially love only having to go up one flight of stairs! Melanie was very kind and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back!

Located right next to the beach. Plenty of room for 3 or more adults. We had a group of 3 and the bunk bed was way big enough. The sea view bedroom bed was HUGE! Communication with the owner was perfect and this is easily the best provided VRBO we have stayed at. 10/10

Carolina beach fun

We loved staying here. It was close to so many things like the boardwalk and pier with an amazing tiki bar with ocean view. The place was wonderful. My favorite spot at the house was the outside covered patio with an ocean view. The house was nicely decorated. I would recommend this place to stay.

Short stay

The condo and the owner of the property was amazing unfortunately tropical storm Debi kind of dampened things for us. We opted to leave on Wednesday instead of Saturday to stay clear of any flooding that may happen. The owner was so sweet and refunded us three days she kept in contact with us to make sure we had what we needed to give us suggestions if we decided to wait out the storm the beach, the condo everything was beautiful. It’s just mother. Nature had other plans, but we would definitely come back here again, and we would definitely stay in this condo again. It was truly beautiful. Had everything that you could need or want.

Great Vacation at the Beach

This was our second time staying in this rental in the last several years. It was just as nice as the last time. Melanie was very responsive when asked questions and really went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Highly recommend!

Perfect for our little family

We had a wonderful week with our two daughters, sons-in-law, and grandson. The property was well-stocked with everything we would need. Melanie replied promptly to answer any questions I had. She provided us with valuable information regarding things to do as well as restaurants. She even brought another beach chair when I told her there were six adults. Beautiful views and relaxing getaway

It is exactly as advertised. The covered deck with ceiling fans lets you enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean no matter the weather or temperature. The sunrises are gorgeous. We had everything we needed, except a beach umbrella and taller beach chairs for older persons to be able to get in and out of. We purchased those and left them for the next guests.We will be back!

The condo was perfect for our little family reunion.It was very clean and in a good location. The owner was super nice and helpful. We hope to come back! We loved the porch viewing the ocean.

Great experience

The property was clean and well appointed. A spacious 3 bedroom condo steps from the beach. The property owner was fantastic to work with and very easy to communicate with. Our booking was interrupted by hurricane, and she was happy to help accommodate us and refunded the days of the stay that we were unable to make. Fortunately, we were still able to come down for the final two days and had a wonderful time. Will Very likely rent this property again.

Amazing Condo

Melanie’s place was even better than described! She was quick to welcome us when we arrived with a friendly and helpful text. Access to the unit was super easy and the place was absolutely adorable and perfectly comfortable for our stay. It had everything we needed including starter products like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, washing machine detergent, even toiletry kits if we were missing anything. There were Keurig coffees there even though we didn’t use them, and lots of kitchen items such as oils, salt, spices, etc. Melanie even left welcome treats for us with a sweet note. Just a very personal touch which I very much appreciate! It is easy access to the beach, the pool was delightful and it was just up one flight of stairs which was a bonus when carrying all our beach stuff! The ceiling fans on the porch were really pleasant and allowed us to extend our stay on the porch. Parking is tight but we had two large SUVs and had no trouble maneuvering through it and parking. This condo was perfect for us and we really enjoyed the stay. Can’t recommend this place enough!!!

Memorial Day Rain Out

Parking is very limited.. Can hear other tenants especially the 2nd floor kids running and jumping all day long.. The unit has No soap and shampoo in the bathrooms and only a few towels. Unit 1B ocean view blocked by sand dune. If rain and 30mph winds are in the forecast, make sure you make reservations for the Aquarium.
