Apartment renovated in 2017 in a beautiful house in the heart of Lumio - breathtaking view
Apartment on the 2nd and last floor of a small village house in the Heart of Lumio divided into 2 apartments. New condition, renovated in 2017, 1 bedroom (160 bed) and a shower room, fully equipped kitchen, sofa bed (140), very large terrace with stunning views of the village of Lumio. Unique to Lumio. Capacity 3 people, no smoking, no animals.
It is also possible to rent the 2-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor of the house so as to occupy the entire house (see advert 1588419)
Shops at walking distance: neighborhood grocery store, small restaurant on the Place de Lumio.
Departure of walks from the house.
Ideal for lovers of the mountains, beautiful beaches and authenticity.

Tolle Unterkunft mit grandiosen Ausblick
Wir waren für 1 Woche in der Unterkunft. Die Beschreibung und Bilder der Wohnung entsprechen absolut den tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist hervorragend und mit ausreichend Geschirr und Küchenutensilien ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Terrasse und der Ausblick sind grandios. Etwas störend ist der Strassenlärm der viel befahrenen Küstenstrasse, die durch den Ort fährt. Sie verläuft zwar weit unterhalb der Terrasse im Tal, aber durch die Lage nimmt man den Strassenlärm als Rauschen wahr, insb zu Hauptverkehrszeiten morgens und abends. Da das Schlafzimmer auf der Rückseite liegt, ist das nachts nicht störend. Ansonsten gibt wären neben den vorhandenen rustikalen Hocckern in der Wohnung und Bänken auf der Terrasse noch ein paar bequemere Sitzmöbel auch zum Anlehnen wünschenswert, aufgrund der Größe der Terrasse vielleicht auch ein Liegemöbel. Dazu wäre ein Wäscheständer noch sinnvoll zum Trocken von Badesache. Von der Wohnung sind mit dem Auto in 10 Min. sehr schöne Strände zum Sonnen und Baden erreichbar. Genauso gut
sind verschiedene Lebensmittelmärkte in unter 10 Min. erreichbar.
Daher klare Empfehlung für die Wohnung. Auch wenn wir das nächste Mal eine andere Wahl treffen würden, weil wir es gerne sehr ruhig mögen.

Cher Frank, nous sommes ravis que vous ayez passé un agréable séjour à Lumio, merci pour ces remarques très positives. Nous avons acheté et installé du nouveau mobilier de terrasse afin de la rendre plus confortable, les bancs étant très jolis, mais manquant de confort pour s'y poser et contempler la vue.
Nous apporterons un sèche linge lors de notre prochain passage à Lumio, excellente idée.
Au plaisir de vous accueillir une prochaine fois.

Vue magnifique
Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans l'appartement de Karin et nous avons adoré notre séjour!
L'appartement est parfait pour 2 personnes, la vue de la terrasse sur le village de Lumio et les montagnes, est magnifique ! Nous avons eu la surprise de voir la mer de la terrasse également !

Bel appartement, parfait pour 2 personnes
La grande terrasse couverte est magnifique et la vue inoubliable. Nous pouvions en profiter toute la journée grâce à la pergola.
Étant situé dans les hauteurs du village, l'air frais circule bien, et c'est très agréable surtout lorsqu'il fait très chaud!
Bien équipé et neuf
Très bien situé, entre Calvi et île Rousse, à moins de 10min de super belles plages.
Facilité de stationnement à proximité

Il y a une grande table et 2 bancs sur la terrasse, même si c'est très beau, c'est très peu pratique. Ce n'est pas du tout confortable. On aurait préféré de vraies chaises pour profiter de la terrasse plus longtemps.
Il n'y a qu'un fauteuil disponible, un deuxième serait le bienvenu surtout pour profiter de la terrasse confortablement.
Il n'y a pas de télévision, ce n'est pas réellement un problème mais le wifi est capricieux. Les jours de mauvais temps ou les soirées passées à l'appartement peuvent être longs sans TV et sans internet stable (difficile de regarder Netflix sans coupure, temps de chargement très très long).
Le ménage à notre arrivée n'était pas nickel (poussière sur les meubles, cheveux et poils dans la sdb)
Attention, il n'y a pas de machine à laver (mais Karin a eu la gentillesse de nous proposer une alternative puisque nous restions 2 semaines) et pas de climatisation (malgré le ventilateur au plafond de la chambre (bruyant), il fait chaud).
Nous recommandons ce logement et nous espérons y revenir prochainement.

Merci Christel d'avoir pris le temps de rédiger ces commentaires détaillés fortement appréciés étant donné que c'est notre 1ère saison de location, tous les conseils sont les bienvenus.
Nous avions l'intention de remplacer les bancs de la terrasse par les chaises ainsi que de rajouter un 2ème fauteuil, ce sera fait lors de notre passage en Corse d'ici 10 jours.
Je prends contact avec l'équipe de nettoyage pour veiller à ce qu'il soit fait correctement, n'étant pas sur place je ne peux pas y veiller donc merci encore pour ces commentaires.
A une prochaine fois j'espère, bel été,
