This villa with swimming pool consists of three apartments connected by internal staircase. Situated on a plot which is completely fenced. The interior is spacious and tastefully furnished. In total there are five bedrooms what is ideal for larger families or groups of friends. Villa Lucija is planned to accommodate 10+2 persons. The terrace on the first and second floor offers a panoramic view of the sea. If you do not want to go to a sandy beach (900 m), you can stay to enjoy the swimming pool. The nearest major city is a historic Trogir (UNESCO, 10 km), and we recommend a visit to Split (UNESCO, 15 km).
