This classic Ocean Beach is located within a short walk to Ocean Beach and world class parks.

We have been hosting a short term rental for the last few years, but this will be the first time we rent out our entire home- a sweet, modern downstairs studio along with our main upstairs home, which is linked by an internal stairwell. The entire house is yours. The upper level includes 2 bedrooms (one with a king sized bed, and one with a twin over full bunk bed), 1 bathroom, living room, dining room and spacious kitchen. There is a view of the ocean from one living room window- our couch is tucked here- it's my favorite seat in the house to sit in the sun and read. The kitchen opens to lovely backyard with a large outdoor patio great for entertaining or relaxing. The lower floor has a bedroom, bathroom kitchenette and a laundry room- it also has a separate entrance.

This house is particularly well suited to families with kids. Our son's room has a great bunk bed with comfortable mattresses. The yard is a lot of fun for adults and kids as well. Soak in the hot tub after a run on the beach (or a swim, if you're brave). Let your short people (or yourselves) burn off a little energy bouncing on the trampoline. It turns out, that after all these years, it is still really fun.
The yard includes a large patio, and landscaped yard, has an outdoor charcoal grill, a hot tub, a trampoline and a dining table for six.

The house is a 5 minute walking distance to Golden Gate Park, Land's End Park, Sutro Heights Park, and Ocean Beach. This proximity to these most beautiful spots make this home really exceptional. Runners, walkers, hikers and nature lovers will love this quiet, magical part of SF.

It takes 25 minutes to drive to Downtown San Francisco, 10 minutes to drive to the Golden Gate Bridge, 35 minutes to Muir Woods, 50 minutes to Cupertino, 1 hour to Napa or Sonoma (traffic permitting). Within 8 blocks are a number of cafes, restaurants, movie theatre and small shops. For groceries there is a Safeway 3 blocks away. Parking is quite easy around here, and although you will not be able to use the garage, you are welcome to block the driveway.
