Comfortable, spacious and peaceful chalet, for nature and mountain lovers. Ideally located between Morzine and St Jean d'Aulps, it is 5 minutes from Morzine and 600m from the Ardent ski lifts to ski on the "Portes du Soleil" ski area.



The flat is composed as follows:



- 1 Entrance Hall

- 1 Bedroom with two single beds (90x200) with storage wardrobe, a window with courtyard view

- 1 Separate WC with hand basin

- 1 Bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC and towel dryer

- 1 Large living area comprising:

A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room and lounge equipped with: refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, toaster and kettle.

A lounge with a sofa bed, TV, armchair

A dining room with table and trundle bed (90x200)

- 1 Bedroom with 2 single beds and a washbasin with numerous storage spaces. This room has a French window giving access to the balcony.

- 1 Bedroom with 2 bunk beds (90x200) and numerous storage wardrobes. This room has a French window giving access to the balcony.

- 1 Bathroom with bathtub, washbasin, towel dryer and washing machine

Location suited us but the chalet is well off the bus route to Ardent lifts and is more than 600m t

Nice to be out in the country with space for the children to play outside and do simple things like build a snowman As you charge a cleaning fee , we would have expected the areas under the sofa beds x 2 to be cleaner , by simply move them and hoover under them ?

Le chalet est bien conçu. Une entrée pour les chaussures, une belle cuisine équipée, de belles chambres. Le bois dans la salle de bain n´est pas facile d´entretiens (avis personnel). Le canapé-lit commence à fatiguer au niveau des pieds de maintient du milieu.

Fijn huis voor wintersportvakantie

We hebben het heerlijk gehad in deze woning. De woning ligt niet aan de piste. Wij reden elke ochtend een paar minuten naar parkeerplaats d'Ardent en vanaf daar gingen we met de gondel naar boven. Was ideaal.

Beautiful peaceful setting

We really enjoyed the location of this rental property, and of course the chalet itself, which is very charming. Old-world character mixed in with a wonderful updated kitchen and bathrooms. Loved opening the big, old-style chalet windows to let the fresh air in! I would say that our only negative comment is that the beds are not very comfortable and only one small pillow is provided for each. More pillows would be nice! Merci.
