Beautiful home on the scenic Nanticoke River. Faces due west for magnificent sunsets. Large screened-in porch. Rural. 17 miles from nearest stoplight in Salisbury. Beautiful wharf. Sunbathing. Swimming. Rafting. Fishing. Crabbing. Hammock. Porch swing. Harbor with boat launch, tennis & basketball. Corn hole. Horseshoes. Cards. Puzzles. Books. Fire pit. Runs/walks. This property has been in my family for decades. We designed and built this home in 2001.
What makes this property unique
As you can see from the pictures--it is inherently picturesque, beautiful and unique. The perfect place to just relax or have a ton of fun. We have groups friends down often and host large family reunions every summer. There have been four small weddings in the last year.
