If you like fishing, crabbing, boating, hunting, swimming, water sports, biking all within stones throw away from the Chance area of Deal Island, Maryland.

This soothing house features 4 Sleeping areas a master bedroom with its own on suite featuring a king bed and lot of storage space, a guest bedroom with 1 queen bed, a playroom (2nd Livingroom) area with 2 twin day beds with private entrance and a office space that doubles for a third bedroom with one 1 full size futon bed.

The home has 2 full bathrooms large enough to also be used a dressing areas with a large shower in the master on-suite and the main bathroom with tub/shower combo .

The home which features a open concept so unwind in the perfect living room with remote control gas fire place, smart TV, sectional couch that can turn also into a full bed for the unexpected guest, diningroom with seating for 9,

The Playroom (2nd Living space) with 2 twin day beds, smart TV and gaming table, electronic darts, exercise bike, beverage refrigerator, with direct access to outside for grilling on the gas grill.

Plus is the private office space which makes into a cozy 3rd bedroom with desk, TV/VCR and cozy full size futon combo couch/bed.
There is a laundry area with Front loading Washer and Dryer plus a laundry tub.

The outside features water views on the front and rear covered decks. With additional amenities such as 2000 square foot fence-in yard.

Off street parking area that can hold over 6 vehicles plus additional room for a boat on a trailer. Now for you Recreational Vehicle persons the space can also hold a Camper/Motorhome (with electric, water and dumping).

Now Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Maryland Eastern Shore Tangier Sound area offers: Deal Island beach and boat launch a mile away. Also Fishing, Hunting and Golf available. Additional places to visit as Smith Island, Ocean City, Assateague Island,

Pet friendly quiet getaway

Pet friendly accommodations with fenced in yard and doggie door. This quiet and relaxing neighborhood was perfect for a long weekend getaway.

Recently, we had the pleasure of staying at Kelley’s Shorehouse on Deal Island. The house is lovely— spotless, airy and spacious, and it is apparent that the hosts, Pam and Dan, want guests to feel at home. Every creature comfort one can think of is provided, and then some. Queries are answered quickly and graciously. Sadly, while we were there, the weather was not conducive to being outdoors, but our dogs enjoyed exploring the well-maintained backyard. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway in the Chesapeake Bay Area, “far from the madding crowd”, check out this place. We don’t think you’ll be disappointed.
