If you are looking for an oasis of rest and relaxation, look no further! This house has been completely rebuilt since Hurricane Ian in 2022, but the primitive island vibe remains the same. Come see what all the fuss is about - Little Gasparilla is accessible only by boat or water taxi, so plan on leaving all of your cares and worries on the mainland. Once here, you have all the modern conveniences of home without the hassle of city life. This island offers a one of a kind experience, with beautiful, secluded beaches, access to world class fishing and quiet solitude to escape the busy mainland. Hunt for shark’s teeth while exploring and witnessing a variety of sea creatures - dolphins, manatees and many different sea birds. Enjoy kayaking, snorkeling or paddle boarding in the beautiful waters of the Gulf. The island chapel offers non-denominational services every Sunday. Golf cart rentals are available on the island. The beach and the bay are both less than a 5-minute walk from the house.

Fully equipped kitchen includes brand-new, state-of-the-art KitchenAid appliances: wall oven, microwave, glass cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered ice/water dispenser, Keurig, coffee pot, tea pot, crock pot, air fryer, and blender.

Complimentary high speed Starlink interent access is included, allowing you to access your favorite streaming services in the great room and both bedrooms.

The master bedroom has a king bed, and the second bedroom has a queen as well as a dedicated workspace. The exercise room is connected to the second bedroom that includes free weights, yoga mat and a Cannondale road bike on a trainer.

Amenities include AC/Heat, board games, linens/towels, blow dryer, washer, dryer, gas grill (propane provided), beach chairs, beach canopy tent, beach cart, beach cooler, and outdoor shower.

Downstairs deck has plenty of room for relaxing and playing games, hammock, bean bag toss and ring toss.

Also provided for your convenience: toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dishwashing detergent, basic first aid. Upon request, owner can provide an updated list of condiments/spices in stock prior to your arrival.

Pirate's Water Taxi is the main mode of transportation to and from the island. Normal business hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm. Reservations are made directly with the captains and are cash only. Call them for pricing. This service runs out of Eldred's Marina where parking is available for $8/night.

Please contact owner one week prior to arrival in order to review pick up and departure logistics. There is a golf cart taxi service available to help transportation from dock to the house that must be arranged ahead of time. The renter is responsible for contacting Pirate's Water Taxi upon arrival and departure (this should be done two weeks in advance to ensure transportation). Upon booking, the owner will contact you with additional instructions for your arrival.

Amazing place and host

Great communication! The house was amazing, all items were great and clean. Linens and beds were cozy and made us feel at home. Kitchen was full of appliances, utensils and condiments/basic items. We had a great time. The experience was perfect and we’re looking forward to repeat it.

This place was stocked with everything we needed.. Our host was a great help settling us in. Very close to the beach area. Loved the guest account for the streaming Apps. Helpful documented instructions posted on the fridge. Looking forward to our next visit.

Island getaway

We had an awesome time ! Brian the owner is amazing and keeps his property clean . We had enough room for family dinners and fun games downstairs. Beach is close by and we had family at the hideaway condos and it was close by to. We made great memories here. It’s great island getaway.

Great Experience

We did a late search at the beginning of May to do something the week after school and this listing was the only one available on all the short term rental sites and we got lucky. We are a family of 4 boys and a dog that need a bit of space and this home exceeded our needs. The first level has a large deck surrounding a storage area, hammocks, Cornhole, a sitting area, outdoor shower, darts and nice grill. The second level has a large screened in porch and the living area which consists of a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, large living room, 2.5 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and laundry room. The home came stocked with all the extra things you need like spices, pots/pans, Ziploc bags, etc. The home is a few hundred feet from the public beach entrance and comes with all needed beach accessories like toys, beach chairs, beach towels, paddle board, kayaks and beach cart. Brian was a wonderful host who provides us with everything we needed. He immediately returned any text or call with a solution. Would definitely recommend for a family of 6.

Great relaxing family vacation

Brian was an awesome host ! All the pre arrival information was 100% accurate. His place was as advertised and more . Short walk or cart ride to one of the most beautiful beaches you’ll ever see. Everyone enjoyed walking , searching for sand dollars and shark teeth. Recommend renting a golf cart . Boat rental is available and Brian recommended a great company. Overall a very peaceful relaxing vacation.

Little Gasparilla Get Awah

This was our second stay on the island and we had a great time. The dock was just right for our boat, easy in and out. The home is very nice, kitchen was well stocked with spices, pots, pans etc. Brian the owner was fantastic. He sent us a list of what was stocked in the kitchen before we arrived. He met us at the dock and helped us unload and move our bags and groceries to the house. If you want to relax, LGI is the place to be. We hope to see Brian next year. Pam , Walt and Holly

What a wonderful week!

The owner Brian was awesome! Brian is kind and helpful with every aspect of renting his house. Brian picked us up from the dock in his boat, helped with getting the heavy items up the stairs and even checked in to see if we were having a good time on the island. Brian showed us around the house, explained how everything worked and made sure we were good before he left. I can’t thank Brian enough for his hospitality!!!! We will go back to his place again!

Labor Day Weekend

Brian was great and helped facilitate all of our travel to and from the island. We had a good time at the beach during the day and sunsets at night. Due to heavy rain the day before we arrived we were unable to rent a Golf cart but the house is located in the center of the island so just a short walk to the beach or docks.

Best Owner EVER!

Not only is this property clean, spacious, fully-stacked and packed with all the essentials (from kitchenware to linens and towels to board games to bag/bean toss and PADDLEBOARD and lots more!), it also has the best host/owner anyone could ask for. Brian is attentive, kind, and surpasses all expectations! From the onset, he sent us messages about our trip with details on the island and his lovely home, including an inventory of the "current condiments." He took us over on his boat and picked us up at the dock. He helped us with everything -- even the golf cart! Brian is simply a gem of a human being and while this is our 4th year visiting LGI, there has been no one as generous and kind. His home is only a short walk to the beach and to the dock. The 1st floor is wonderful for BBQs, gaming, and laying (or sitting) in hammocks. The outside, 2nd-floor-screened porch is a great area for the evenings. Indoors, the living room is large and has all the entertainment options -- we loved the Disney movies! The girls absolutely loved their bunk beds, too! This house is simply perfect and has something for the entire family to enjoy! Thank you so very much Brian for sharing your lovely piece of paradise with us. We hope to see you again soon. 6 weeks in paradise

Brian was extremely courteous and helpf ul. Not only did he assist with check in and out but he contacted us during our 6 week stay to see if we needed anything. We had a blast! The house was great!

Brian was such a nice host. We had a couple of requests and he went out of his way to accommodate us. He sent of a list of cooking supplies in the kitchen which saved us from purchasing duplicates at the grocery. The house had everything we needed and more. We felt very comfortable, and we had a wonderful time. Thanks to Brian for making us feel wecome.

We had everything we could imagine available at the home. Great sleeping arrangements, with awesome linens (I appreciate those little things!) We really enjoyed the porch with the rocking chairs & the open kitchen with plenty of seating. Brian was excellent. Definitely recommend. *thumbs up*
