Nicely renovated beach home, Ample parking, nice deck, great fire pit. The towels and linens provided were hotel quality and plentiful. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with necessities. The owner was attentive. Overall, we enjoyed the property very much

Colin was responsive and easy to deal with. This large five bedroom property provided us with plenty of room for three generations to vacation together. Great proximity to the beach and the pier. All of us enjoyed the porch swing, and the fire pit in the yard. As an added bonus, the large capacity washer and dryer was great for laundering, bath towels and beach towels! Both bathrooms were nicely renovated, and the lower level bath had a bathtub for the children. Highly recommend this property.

We loved this rental house. It was well stocked, had everything we needed including some nice extras like beach towels and beach chairs, great location. AC units worked great and house was supplied with plenty of consumables like paper towels. Colin was a great host, super responsive, answered questions quickly and easy to work with. Solved anything that came up. We’ll likely stay here again!

Great stay in Old Orchard Beach!

We loved our 2 week stay. The house is very spacious and the location is great - it’s close enough to walk to the pier and beach but still had a neighborhood feel.The home had great upgrades include high-end appliances and grill. The accommodations exceeded our expectations. Host was communicative and welcoming. Will definitely stay again.

Amazing Time

We loved the house and the owners were very thoughtful. We had a wonderful time and we would definitely come again. We loved that towels and laundry supplies were provided and the dishwasher was a lifesaver.

Beautiful House in an Excellent Location

We loved this house. It had everything we needed for our week long stay. Ronnie, just down the street, made sure we were well taken care of. Lots of room, super cool decorations, AC that kept the house nice and cool even in the unusual 100 degree heat. View the ocean from the porch swing and within walking distance to excellent bagels/coffee; beach; ice cream. Thank you!

A Week at OOB

Nice location for walking to the beach and the Pier. It’s an easy drive to Portland too. We had plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 young children. The outdoor deck was nice. Didn’t get to use the fire pit due to some rainy weather. 2 full bathrooms made getting ready in the morning easy.

Beautiful Home close to the beach

What a wonderful place to stay! There were 9 adults and an infant in our party and we worried that things would seem crowded. Actually, there was plenty of room and the walls and ceilings must be really thick because no one (aside from his parents) was disturbed when the toddler had a rough night. Easy walk downhill to the beach (consequently an uphill walk back, but that wasn't bad either) We are already looking into when we can come back!

Wonderful OOB stay

Colin's home is beautiful, well located, and very well appointed. The beds are comfortable and plenty. The linens were lovely. Colin went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed (including coffee and even cream for our coffee!) and made sure we knew to contact him if there was anything we needed before or during our stay (there was nothing lacking!). He also provided excellent restaurant recommendations and when we asked for help in figuring out where to go to see the best sights, he provided 2 wonderful drive suggestions. This was one of the best vacation rental we've ever experienced!

Fantastic Experience

We found this to be a clean spacious house that easily accommodates two families with teenage children. Kitchen includes large family style refrigerator, plenty of storage space and large kitchen table. The two living rooms allowed for board games in one and TV watching in the other. Beds and sofas were quite comfortable. Outdoor area was equally amazing with outdoor shower, large patio, picnic table, fire pit, etc. We had an amazing week! Highly recommend!

The house was very well equipt for us. The host was only a call away to accommodate anything we needed. Very spacious house that fit us all comfortably! Very close to the beach and a quick drive to the pier or a nice walk. Extra beach necessities provided. This made it so awesome that we didn’t need to pack more in our car. Nice fire pit to roast marshmallows or sit around at night. Loved that it had a washer and dryer too!!! We enjoyed our week!!!!

Belle résidence très bien rénovée à environ 10 minutes de marche à la plage. Les chambres sont grandes et confortables. Les salles de bain sont très belles et fonctionnelles. Places de stationnements suffisantes. Le seul point négatif de cette maison est que la cuisine n'est pas équipée pour recevoir 10 personnes en même temps (table et chaises pour 6 personnes).

Great getaway destination

We stayed at the house to celebrate our son’s wedding in Portland Maine. The house was perfect for family and friends! Very clean, comfortable and equipped with everything anyone would need! The cost was reasonable, we would definitely return. This home is a gem!

Perfect location, the house was lovely, short walk to the beach. The beds are very comfortable, love the front porch swing, love the lay out of the house, room for all to have their own space. Family Vacation

This was the perfect vacation. The house fit our needs perfectly. We had 7 adults and 3 children. Plenty of room, convenient to walk to the beach and shops. Colin responded immediately to any request. We loved the house. The BBQ and the fire pit were a big hit. We will definitely be back!

Perfect family vacations

Our family of 10 had a great time in this house. It was beautiful! With 5 large bedrooms and 2 living rooms, we all had more than enough space. Walking distance from the beach and from the pier, it was perfect. The owner was very helpful and quickly answered all of my messages. We would recommend this house to anybody.
