Six-bedroom house located in a quiet residential neighborhood and away from all the downtown busy area. Only a100 yards (Length of football field) to beach. Newly renovated house with everything you need. We have it all - 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms, everything for cooking and eating including two microwaves, two dish washers, two stoves and two coffee makers and washer/ dryer. Large second floor deck with lawn furniture. Also has a backyard patio with lawn furniture and a gas grill. Plus 2 outside closed in showers with hot and cold water. Also has two cable TV's & WiFi........

Why they chose this property

This beach house is in very good condition and is cleaned when you move in. I do require a $500.00 security deposit sent to me in a personal check prior to moving in. I do not cash this check. I will meet you at the house after you have moved out. And we will a walk through. if everything is the same then I will return your check. I only rent from Saturday to Saturday during the summer
