Luxury house close to Disney & Paris wifi & breakfast free.

 Luxurious and spacious guest house (over 90 m2) with two privates garden. Fully renovated in 2017. Located in a pavilion area. Perfect place to host: couples of friends, families with or without children, woman or businessman, professional stay.
My rental is fully equipped, close to a supermarket and bakery if you want to shop food.
The train station is 5 minutes by bus. Also a very nice pedestrian walk all the way to train station.
It is very easy to get to central Paris by train as well as Disneyland. It is also great to spend a day at val D 'Europe (1 stop before Disneyland) - here there is a very big shopping mall and the Marne la Vallee vilage chic outlet, also many restaurants.

Spacious house (over 90 m2) plus private garden. Completely renovated in 2017. Located in a very quiet suburban area. Ideal for hosting: couples, families with or without children, women or businessmen, a group for a professional stay. The Marché Grand FRAIS is a stone's throw from the house
By using nearby public transport you have direct access to Disneyland (15 km), the large Val d'Europe shopping center (13 km) or Paris (25 km).

Fab stay- host was superb and very accommodating with letting us check out later for late flight!! Noisiel is nice place with lovely park and close to Disney and Paris by train. Accommodation met our needs and supermarkets and bakers very near.

The house is great! Exactly as it looks in pictures. Our family had a nice week long stay. The host was very easy to work with - very clear communication and easy check in. We don’t have any issues. My only comment about the house is that it is very vertical (lots of interior stairs), so anyone with mobility issues or small kids should be aware.

Host was amazing. Picked us up from the train station and dropped us off. Showed us how to get around and convenience store. Nothing was too much trouble. Fully stocked fridge.. Having space with 3 adults and a teenager was great and a full kitchen. Laundry facilities were also great

The best host

Salah is a very hospitable host! He made sure fridge is stocked up, breakfast items were great, toiletries and waters! The property was clean and very homie. Salah helped us around the property with the nearby grocery store. Definitely recommended and will definitely book again!

Great stay near Paris

We stayed here to visit Paris and Euro Disney . The house is good situated to visit both places. Its a safe area and Salah did everything to make our stay pleasant. He helped us with buying public transportcard and showed us arround. The house itself was big enough to stay with 5 persons. Public transport is near by (busstop 5 min walk). In 30 min you are in Paris and 20 min in Disney. Supermarket is close to the house and nice good restaurant Delarte you can eat great. We had a perfect time. Thank you Salah.

Salah went over and above to welcome us. He promptly answered messages, and even picked us up from the train station. We asked about a place to eat and he found a restaurant for us to eat at, it was late so he had to drive around to a few. The next morning, he came back to the house to help set us up for our stay in Paris. He drove us to the train station and helped us purchase train/bus passes and printed the photo for our cards the night before. Then when it was time to leave he came and drove us to the train station again. The house was stocked with things for breakfast, coffee/tea, bottled water, juice, milk and dishwasher and laundry soap. The house was very comfortable for four adults, we had plenty of space. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We werden hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenaar. Kregen uitleg over van alles en nog wat in het huisje.Heel fijn dat bedden waren opgemaakt en dat er handdoeken klaar lagen.Van het ontbijt moet je niet heel veel verwachten.Wasmachine was aanwezig, maar niet gebruikt.Keuken mag iets uitgebreider. Echte kookpannen, wok etc. Ook bestek mag iets meer aanwezig. Meer messen en lepels. En normale wijnglazen ontbreken. En dat in een land als Frankrijk. Er stonden wel glaasjes, veel te klein, 2 slokjes en leeg. En champagne glazen, daar drink je geen wijn uit.Prima huisje in de buurt van Disney Land Parijs. Tip reserveer vantevoren via de app van Indigo een parkeerplaats bij Disney land. Nog geen vijf en twintig eur voor de hele dag. En 5 minuten lopen van het park. (Per ov ben je duurder uit als je een groot gezin hebt).

Accueil exceptionnel! Notre hôte était très sympathique et plus que disponible. Il nous a accompagné pour une urgence en pharmacie. Il nous a guidé vers les commodités comme le bus, le RER, le marché frais. La maison est spacieuse et on a profité du patio où on a pu relaxer avec un bon livre. Les chambres étaient grandes et confortables. La cuisine bien équipée, il ne manquait rien. Le frigo était bien rempli pour notre arrivée et ce fut grandement apprécié! Un gros merci à notre hôte car on a quitté un ami!Je recommande cette propriété à 100%.

Und hat es sehr gut gefallen, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es wurde sogar Essen und Trinken im Kühlschrank bereitgestellt sowie Kaffee, Tee, Kuchen und Ceralien. Der Gastgeber ist super lieb, hilfsbereit und für seine Gäste jederzeit erreichbar. Wir bedanken uns bei Salah für die schöne Zeit.

Ein sehr schönes Haus in Noisiel, einem Pariser Vorort. Das Haus selbst ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gab einen gut gefüllten Kühlschrank, so dass die ersten Mahlzeiten/Frühstücke gesichert waren.Salah ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der sich die Zeit genommen hat, uns nach unserer Ankunft die Umgebung zu zeigen, Weg zum Supermarkt, zum Bus und zum Bahnhof. Auch beim Ticketkauf für den Pariser Nahverkehr hat er uns unterstützt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Es war ausgezeichnet. Tolles Haus in toller Lage mit sehr guter Anbindung Zug und Bus. Französisches Frühstück mit Kaffee, Tee und Selter waren für uns bereitgestellt. Der Vermieter hat uns die nähere Umgebung (einkaufen, Restaurant, Haltestellen Bus und Bahn) mit seinem Auto gezeigt. Auch beim Kauf der Wochenkarten für die Zonen 1 bis 5 am Schalter wurde uns von ihm geholfen. Sind meistens zum Essen mit der Bahn zu den Haltestellen Auber, Les Halles oder Val D'Europe gefahren und haben dort gute Restaurants gefunden. Alles in Allem ein wunderbarer Urlaub für 10 Tage in Paris. Herzlichen Dank

Unser Gastgeber Salah war super hilfsbereit. Auch nach 22 Uhr Anreise hat er uns mir dem Auto abgeholt. Am nächsten Tag ist er mit uns zum Bahnhof gefahren um für uns 4 jeweils ein Wochenticket zu holen (ca. 140 EUR), damit konnten wir alles fahren (Bus, Metro, RER). Der Kühlschrank war gut gefüllt und die Kommunikation war super. 5 min vom Quartier war ein Supermarkt und die Bushaltestelle. Der Nahverkehr war super. Danke an Salah, sehr gern wieder

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir möchten uns bei unserem wunderbaren Vermieter Salah bedanken, für seinen herzlichen Empfang und das er uns direkt nach Ankunft alles in der Umgebung gezeigt hat. Wo es möglich ist einkaufen zu gehen- wo sich die Haltestellen befinden und er hat sich darum gekümmert, das wir Fahrkarten sowohl für Busse, Metro, Regionalzüge usw nutzen können! Der Kühlschrank war gefüllt, so dass wir die komplette Woche über genügend zu Essen für das Frühstück hatten 👌👍 Der Supermarkt in der Nähe ist wohl nur ein reiner Lebensmittel Laden! Die Bahnverbindung vom Bahnhof Noisiel ist sowohl zum Disneyland als auch nach Paris genial. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen !

Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Wir haben diese Unterkunft als Familie (Mutter, Neffe, Cousine ich und meine Freundin) gebucht. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß somit konnten wir uns auch zumindest etwas aus dem Weg gehen und jeweils etwas Privatsphäre genießen. Die Unterkunft ist etwas hellhörig hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Rundum waren wir alle sehr zufrieden. Vielen Dank und vielleicht bis zum nächsten mal.

Schönes Quartier ziwschen Paris und Disneyland

Quartier war in Ordnung. Vielleicht ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Herausragend ist Salah mit seiner Gastfreundlichkeit. So viel Engagment und Hingabe bei der Gästebetreuung gibt es sonst nirgends. Danke für alles.
