Family house of 500 m2 on 1 hectare of orchard ideal for bringing together family or friends. This house offers large volumes. It is very well equipped, very comfortable and full of charm. A large fireplace for winter evenings, garden furniture and barbecue for the summer. The children's room is full of games for their enjoyment. Billiards particularly appeal to older children and ping pong table for sports enthusiasts. Isolated in the quiet of the countryside, near the Nantes to Brest canal, many activities are offered nearby. Horse riding centers, indoor swimming pool for winter and heated outdoors in summer. A kayak club, fishing, the forest of gâvre, the beach of La Baule, the Brière park, the salt marshes of Guerande, golf ... Karting, Jet sky, Quad within 5km! The village at 2 km brings together shops, restaurants, doctor, pharmacy ... July, August and Christmas weekly rentals only.
Very charming place of 500 m2 on 1 hectare of apple trees garden to share with your friends or family at 50 km far from Nantes.

L'endroit est superbe, idéal pour inviter la famille pour une petite réception en intérieur pour notre cas. Tout ce qu'il faut sur place. Nathalie nous a très bien reçus avant même la réservation pour nous montrer les lieux afin que l'on puisse nous organiser avant la date du séjour. Et la communication pendant le séjour se fait très bien également pour toute question. Nous recommandons ce petit havre de paix.

Excellent accueil de Nathalie. Ce gîte est fait pour les renions de famille ( nous étions 17). Le site est situé dans un endroit très calme avec une grande propriété, bien entretenue. Le gîte comprend des très grandes pièces, il ne manque rien, équipements complets, on recommande.

Excellent accueil, gentillesse et disponibilité de la propriétaire du Gîte. Immense Jardin superbe planté d'arbres magnifiques. Devant lequel on peut déjeuner avec bonheur. La maison calme et spacieuse au milieu de la campagne. Un billard et une table de ping pong qui animent bien les soirées. Une bonne boulangerie à 3 minutes... Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Nous avons été agréablement accueilli par Nathalie. Nous avons passé un week-end très agréable dans cette maison qui est très grande et chaleureuse. Suffisamment d'espace pour tout le monde, autant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Et tout beaucoup d'activités sont a disposition pour ne pas s'ennuyer.

Gîte spacieux très bien adapté aux groupes avec enfants

Gîte agréable, spacieux et très bien équipé surtout pour les enfants. Nous étions 12 adultes et 3 enfants et avons passé un excellent séjour. Le seul petit inconvénient est l'organisation des chambres qui communiquent et ne sont pas toutes fermées par une porte. Toutefois, pour un week-end cela n'était pas gênant.
