Located in the heart of the moor, on a plot of 2 hectares.
Around the house, 9000 m2 of wooded land, with an orchard.
The house is on one level, facing the sea, and the windows and French doors all open to the ocean and the garden.
The entire property is sheltered from the west winds.
Access to the GR 34 is at the end of the garden.
This property is located in an exceptional setting, at the end of Cap de la Chèvre.
The whole of this peninsula, which rises 100 m above the ocean, is still today an exceptional place, where nature is everywhere wild and unspoiled.

Traumhafte Lage mit einem wunderschönen Blick, wenngleich relativ weit entfernt von Geschäften und den Stränden. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte hier und da etwas Instandhaltung gebrauchen. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und kooperativ.

Site magnifique et calme

Bonjour, Notre séjour a été très agréable et la maison située face à la baie de Douarnenez et près des belles plages de la Palue et Goulien propose une vue extraordinaire et de nombreuses balades le long du sentiers côtier. Le grand jardin et son verger au milieu de la nature assure une tranquillité très appréciable. La maison est spacieuse et bien équipée. Bien accueilli par le propriétaire , nous y reviendrons bien volontiers. Olivier.

Excellent séjour au Cap de la Chèvre

Très agréable maison dont le grand jardin surplombe la mer (baie de Douarnenez) , vue magnifique, dans un cadre sauvage et très tranquille avec en prime le sentier du douanier juste à coté pour les promenades ou randonnées pédestres le long de la côte.

Séjour exceptionnel et impeccable. Le hôte était très gentil. Lorsque la bouteille de gaz était vide, il nous aidait tout de suite après un appel de téléphone. Assez de place pour 6 personnes. La maison est bien équipée. Bonne surprise à l'arrivée, l'internet venait d'être installé à la maison. Si vous voulez passer un séjour calme et avec une vue splendide, c'est l'endroit ! À recommander.

Excellent maison, excellent terrain et excellent vue sur l'ocean.

Une maison agréable et très spacieuse où l'on peut facilement séjourner à 8 personnes. L'emplacement est parfait, très grand terrain et une belle vue sur l'océan. Village avec bons commerces et restaurant à proximité. Plusieurs plages à proximité, ainsi que le littoral spectaculaire de cette partie de la Bretagne. Pour ceux qui cherchent le calme et la nature. Conseils pour le propriétaire : certaines pièces sont à renouveler, telles que les charnières et les serrures, le réfrigérateur et la douche.

Nous avons bien profité de la terrasse, en observant les biches et écureuils qui ne se préoccupent guère de nous.. Le site est de toute beauté, à proximité du cap de la Chèvre, et bordé par le GR 34.

renovierungsbedürftiges, heruntergewohntes Haus mit wunderschöner Aussicht

Das Haus ist in einem beklagenswertem Zustand, insbesonders der Schlafbereich im 1. OG, die sanitären Anlagen und die Ausstattung. Verschmutzte, uralte Teppiche, ausgeschlagene Betten, verschmutzte Matratzen, ausrangierte alte Möbel. Im Bad weder Toilettenpapierhalter noch Badetuchstange. Der Handtuchhalter hängt an einer Schraube, die Badezimmertür hat eine Holzklotz als Anschlag. die Heizung ist verrostet und noch nie gestrichen worden. Ein Zimmer war gar nicht nutzbar, darauf machte der Vermieter aufmerksam. An den Decken hängen nackte Glühbirnen, einige Lampen funktionieren gar nicht. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist geschätzt etwa 40 Jahre alt und nicht hygienisch. die Miele Spülmaschine und der angerostete Kühlschrank ist ebenso alt. Alles ist ungepflegt und schmuddelig, sodass wir nicht gekocht haben. Der Küchentisch hatte eine verklebte Wachstischdecke. Schade, dass man ein so schönes Anwesen so herunter kommen lässt. Eine Wegbeschreibung gab es auch nicht. der Vermieter war schwer zu erreichen, sodass wir über 1,5 Stunden gebraucht haben um das Haus zu finden und zu beziehen. Es wäre so einfach, an der Hauptstrasse einen kleinen Hinweis auf das Haus zu installieren. Der Außenbereich war gepflegt, die Aussicht wunderschön.

bel emplacement

La vue est exceptionnelle, l'endroit est très tranquille et apaisant, le terrain très bien entretenu. L'accès au sentier est à quelques pas. On peut se garer aisément. Néanmoins, les prestations offertes ne sont pas en adéquation avec le prix demandé. On attendrait des prestations plus adaptées; le mobilier et l'équipement sont surannés, le linge ( draps, serviettes) ne sont pas fournis, les fluides ( eau et électricité sont en supplément). Il n'y a pas de connexion internet.

Fantastic view holiday home Cap de chèvre

Het huis ligt op een prachtlocatie, voorzieningen dichtbij en goed met auto bereikbaar. Wandelen en fietsen kan vanaf huis. Lopend naar het strand is net te ver als je spullen mee wilt nemen en afdalen naar de zee is niet mogelijk aan de kant van het uitzicht. Aanrader is een motorboot huren in Morgat(wel oprijd reserveren) en dan de baai voor het huis verkennen. Het huis zelf is qua casco prima maar wel nostalgisch ingericht. Hang en sluitwerk is niet optimaal, heeft onderhoud nodig en een raam half open zetten kan niet. Douche en keuken jaren 70 stijl, dus die zouden wel beter kunnen. Pannen en servies is wel goed op orde. (bv nieuwe antiaanbakpan voor crepes zonder een krasje tref je niet vaak). De eigenaar is op leeftijd en komt wat nors over en is qua communicatie niet helemaal up to date, maar via telefoon relevante zaken prima afgehandeld, hoewel je op zo'n huurprijs niet verwacht nog apart voor water en elektriciteit en schoonmaak te moeten betalen in totaal 100 euro/week. Totaal oordeel is toch zeker positief want ik heb in de hele omgeving niet oz'n mooi uitzicht gezien op de niet te huren supervilla's na.
