Spacious and comfortable detached house offering the atmosphere of a new house to current standards,
located halfway between the village of Plozévet and the sea and beach.
Entirely renovated, playing with space and volume, the interior is both pleasant and bathed in light. The rooms are generous and the rectilinear walls allow for ample storage space without the inconvenience of sloping roofs. Heating included from October to the end of April. Private reinforced socket for recharging electric vehicles (invoiced according to meter reading).

The house is composed of a very large living room with a lounge, a dining room and a kitchen, all open to each other, 5 bedrooms including a master suite on the ground floor, 2 lounges, 2 toilets, 2 bathrooms and a laundry room. Bicycles are available in the cellar. The whole on a ground raised and flowered, having a terrace with a dining table and 6 chairs + a living room of garden, transats and barbecue, among hydrangeas and agapanthus, willow weeping, apple trees and other trees of the garden to rest under the shade.

Rooms with beds made up on arrival:
- Room 1 with a large bed (160x200) has its own bathroom with shower and basin. It is on the ground floor near the living room.
- Room 2 with double bed 160x200 on parquet on the first floor
- Room 3 with a bunk bed for children (2 beds 90x190) on parquet on the first floor
- Room 4 with double bed 140x190 on parquet on the first floor
- Room 5 with double bed 140x190 on parquet on the first floor

2 shower rooms + 2 separate toilets:
- private shower room integrated to the room 1, shower with sliding door, washbasin with mirror and lamp.
- upstairs shower room: shower with glass door, two basins on sliding drawer unit, large mirror with 2 lamps
- WC with washbasin and soap dispenser on the ground floor
- WC on the first floor

- Free on site: bed linen, shower mat, living room tablecloth, kitchen towel
- For hire: shower towel + bath towel → 14 €/person/stay

Close to the sea, in the surrounding countryside and the centre of Plozévet with its food shops, doctors, chemist, bakeries, creperie, restaurants...

Situated in the Bay of Audierne, a wild and superb coastline, its location is ideal for discovering within a 25 km radius : the Cap-Sizun Pointe du Raz (the Trépassés bay, the Pointe du Van, the Ile de Sein, Pont-Croix and its Marquisat museum), the Bay of Douarnenez (the Ile Tristan, the Rhu port, Locronan), the centre of Quimper (town of art and history), the ports of the Bigouden region (Guilvinec, St Guénolé, Lesconil), the capital of the Bigouden region Pont-l'Abbé with its Bigouden Museum and the mythical Eckmühl lighthouse in Penmarch.
