About this property

Family Village House 100 m from the slopes in Serre-Chevalier.

Located in Chantemerle, which is one of the villages of the Serre-Chevalier ski resort, our village house is completely renovated and equipped; It is located just 100 from the start of the slopes where you can buy your ski passes.
You will also find within 150m shops
(Sherpa market, pharmacy, tobacconists, bakery ...), restaurants, shops and medical staff.

The village house is just a 10-minute drive from Briançon and a 15-minute drive from the thermal baths route in Monétiers-les-Bains. Guests can take advantage of the free public parking located nearby.

The village house is composed of:
- 2 bedrooms :
-> 1 bedroom with 1 double bed + 1 double sofa bed
-> 1 Bedroom with 1 bed 1 and a half and a single bed
-> 1 bathroom with WC

Fabulous skiing holiday

Our stay at Alain and Lucie’s house in the heart of Chantemerle was excellent. In terms of location, it couldn’t be better for effortless access to the vast Serre Chevalier ski area—just 100 meters from the Ratier and Bletonet lifts and right by the town center.The house itself is charming and full of character, perfectly suited to our family of three. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, and the living areas offered plenty of space to relax, with a well‑equipped kitchen that had everything we needed.As a family, we’ve been visiting Serre Chevalier for the past 10 years, and this property truly feels like a hidden gem. We will definitely look to return in the future.Steve

Nicely renovated property in central Chantemerle. Well equipped and perfect for a small family. Great location for the ski hire shops and lifts, all within easy walking distance. Nice village with plenty of restaurants. Would come again!

Nous avons passé en famille un très bon séjour dans cette location ; la maison est très bien entretenue, cosy, et bien équipée ; très bonne literie ; excellent accueil des propriétaires ; la maison se situe au centre du village, dans une rue calme, à proximité immédiate des magasins de locations de ski où les chaussures et ski peuvent être laissés le soir, magasins situés à un ou deux minutes pied du départ des pistes ; plusieurs restaurant dans le village et magasins

Séjour très agréable

Annonce conforme au site. Nous avons été accueilli très chaleureusement par les propriétaires. Tout le confort est là. Maison restaurée et décorée avec goût. Literie confortable. Chambres spacieuses. Située au cœur du vieux village et à proximité des commerces et départ du télécabine (100 mètres) c'est le calme absolu. Nous recommandons.
