Spacious home for Derby weekend in the heart of desirable St. Matthews. Quiet and safe neighborhood within 1 mile of several bars and restaurants. Only 10 miles from Churchill Downs. 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and finished basement. Nice backyard with seating area and screening in eating area. Living room has 2 couches, one with a pull out full bed. 2 sectional couches for additional sleeping if needed. Can stock food for an additional fee. Can also arrange transportation for the track for an additional fee.
