This beautiful 40m2 apartment has an independent air-conditioned bedroom, a fitted kitchen and a pleasant living space.
Outside, a lush 9-hectare garden leading to a superb infinity pool with breathtaking views of the sea and its children's pool.

In a soft and calm atmosphere, retired people, couples, family or friends, treat yourself to absolute comfort for a pleasant and unforgettable holiday in Guadeloupe.

Located in a private and secure residence, this 40m2 apartment is one of the few with an independent bedroom, which will guarantee the privacy you need.
The maximum capacity of this small nest is 4 people with a possibility for a baby.

Also benefit from a fitted and equipped kitchen (multifunction microwave, fridge freezer, traditional coffee maker and dulce gusto, induction hob, toaster, all small cooking equipment, rice cooker, plancha, dishes, various kitchen accessories ...), a flat screen, a DVD player, a mini table and an iron and a safe.

Appartement bien situé avec une belle petite plage privée, il aurait besoin d’un peu de ménage et réparation dans l’appartement, de plus, verre à vin manquant,grande assiette,spatule, ciseau . Par contre matelas confortable,literie et serviettes très propres, nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Conforme à la description, appartement très agréable, nous recommandons.

Super séjour dans cet appartement et dans cette résidence de vacances, où rien ne manque. très bon contact avec les propriétaires. un seul bémol, les places de parking insuffisantes (en pleine saison), les coqs qui nous ont réveillé trop tôt le matin et des coupures d'eau et d'électricité (les propriétaires n'y sont pour rien bien-sur). Pour résumer nous sommes pleinement satisfaits de notre séjour et le recommandons.

L'appartement est très sympa et propre la plage avec ses parasols couverts de feuilles de palmiers et ses eaux de multiples bleus sont vraiment à la hauteur de ce que nous pouvions espérer.
