Beautiful views in Saint-Francois!

We enjoyed our stay and especially the outdoor area. The pool and patio were the highlights. The pool was clean and large for a plunge pool. We enjoyed floating and reading in the sun. The patio was shaded and had excellent views over the Raisins Clairs beach. The beach is a less than 10 minute walk and a large Carrefour is a 3 minute drive away. We stayed as a couple, but this property has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a double. Each bedroom has its own private sink and shower. Carmen was helpful throughout our stay and we communicated often via WhatsApp.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce lieux ! Calme et détente assuré ! Les locaux sont propres ainsi que la piscine ! Tout le confort et l accueil sont au rdv. C est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons si l occasion se présente de revenir en Guadeloupe !

Séjour parfait, Carmen nous a bien préparé pour notre arrivé. Elle était toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions avant et durant notre séjour. Le site est très bien situé, tranquille et très intime. Vue imprenable sur St-François et la plage des Raisins Clairs. Seul bémol, le stationnement est un peu difficile d'accès sutout pour une voiture manuelle, choisissez l'automatique ça vous aidera

Super villa près de la plage

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances dans cette villa. Super bien située près de la plage des Raisins clairs, 5 minutes à pieds. La piscine est un incontournable pour se rafraîchir les matins et en fin de journées. Tout est conforme à la description et très propre. La concierge Carmen est très sympathique et disponible. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Un endroit charmant !

Nous avons séjourné 8 jours dans cette très belle villa. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la vue sur la mer, la superbe piscine, la chambre des maitres confortable avec clim et l'intimité des lieux. Un autre plus de cette villa est son emplacement à quelques minutes de marche de la magnifique plage des Raisins Clairs. L'accueil amical de Carmen et sa rapidité à repondre nos demandes ont été grandement appréciées. Nous avons eu l'opportunité de rencontrer le sympathique propriétaire des lieux. En somme, nous recommandons sans hésitation cette villa.

Une villa Rubis à la hauteur des photos même plus!

Nous avons passé 7 nuits pendant les vacances de Toussaint dans la villas Rubis, cela a été magnifique depuis l'accueil de CARMEN, des petits dejeuners et dejeuner vue mer jsuqu'a a couleur bleue de la piscine le soir pendant l'aperitif et le diner. C'est sans hesitations que nous retournerons et conseillerons à nos amis ce beau produit. Merci encore pour ces bons moments! Famille Le Brec'H

Super vacances

Deuxiele sejour dans la Villa qui est bien pensée tout y est pour passer de bonnes vacances. L'accueil est top, notre contact sur place est disponible et à l'écoute pour améliorer proche des commerces et de la Marina sans pour autant subir les nuisances, vous avez une vue sur la mer où on aperçoit : petite terre, marie galante et la Dominique Pensons déjà à un 3ème séjour !!! :)

Une location à recommander

Cette location est parfaite. Elle est très fonctionnelle et très agréable. Vue mer et piscine nettoyée pendant notre séjour. Portail qui ferme à clé, alarme dans la maison. Corbeille de fruits, bouteille d’eau et punch à l’arrivée. Merci pour tout.

Modern and Comfortable Villa Close to Town and Beach

We enjoyed a relaxing stay at Villa Rubis. The view is excellent, and the villa is modern and well appointed. Air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms worked very well and there is a washing machine but no dishwasher. WiFi is slow. The villa was presented clean. The pool is large for this type of rental. Great just to sit on the terrace and enjoy the pool, breezes and view. I slept well here, although the beds are on the firm side. There are enough pillows and duvets. The kitchen is nice, modern and everything functioned well. Carol was very pleasant. Her associate and I were able to communicate in English. We arrived 2 hours late and it was not a problem. I recommend the villa. I also recommend that non-French speakers learn the basics of French - it will make your trip much easier and an attempt is always better than blurting out English at someone in a French speaking country. I would like to see a few more beach towels, but we bought some at the market in Saint Anne. Thank you for a great vacation.

Tout était parfait. Villa de luxe , neuve et bien équipée. piscine à débordement magnifique .

Très agréable , au calme. Petit déjeuner en terrasse avec vue mer. Salles de bain magnifiques.Chambres et salon très spacieux.Decoration moderne et faite avec goût Tout a été parfait. Nous reviendrions sans aucun souci. Et Carole l interlocutrice est aussi parfaite.

Très bon séjour dans cette toute nouvelle villa à 200 mètres de la plage. Grande villa, bien agencée, calme, une piscine à débordement avec vue sur la mer ... Petit punch appréciable le jour d'arrivée pour se remettre du vol. Tout était parfait ... Un seul petit point négatif ... c'était trop court.
