Cancellation Policy

Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

What a View

Unbelievable view and clean beyond belief! I have never stayed at a place with a more wonderful view. Has everything you need including a Keurig and great cooking equipment. Such a comfortable bed and close to everything you need. It is absolute paradise!

Beautiful property - Great views and great location!

This property is immaculately decorated, very clean and has everything you need for a fantastic vacation. Very easy access to the beach and great views of the sunset from the large patio. The owner is very easy to work with and was very helpful with recommendations, etc. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling to Miramar Beach and we will definitely rent here again!

This is our 3rd condo to purchase and remodel in Miramar Beach. We purchased and remodeled a one bedroom in Maravilla in 2014. It’s currently on VRBO #669957. Purchased a 2 Bedroom 2 Bath in Maravilla March 2017 remodeled and lived in it 2 years and recently sold after only 1 day on the market! We love Destin and the Miramar Beach area. Before moving to Destin, we vacationed here for over 30 years. We’ve been blessed to have traveled to many beautiful places but it’s hard to find beaches prettier than right here in the beautiful Emerald Coast!

Beautiful Pool, Hot Tub, Fitness Room, Clubhouse, all conveniently located in beautiful Miramar Beach! Walking distance to several popular and delicious seafood restaurants. Miles of walking, running, biking trails along beautiful Scenic Gulf Drive. 3 popular restaurants within 1/4 mile, many others just 1-1.5 miles. Grocery and Outlet shopping just 2 miles away. Convenience doesn’t get any better.
