Beach Retreat Condominiums-2746 Scenic Gulf Drive-located in the heart of Destin! Beach Retreat is a private, gated community ideal for family vacations. Established in 2003, Beach Retreat is only 4 stories with 44 units with convenient parking. Elevators and staircases are located on both ends of the complex for your convenience.

It is a great place for families to use alone or share with friends. It offers a vacation with all the comforts and amenities of home! It is only a short distance from Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Destin Commons, the water park, restaurants and walking distance from the Pompano Joe's & Kenny D's! Beach Retreat is located on the 'beach road' which allows you to enjoy the beautiful ocean while you walk your pet or ride your bike.

Beach Retreat offers a club house for all gatherings. It is complete with TVs, game tables, and a kitchen. An exercise room is also available for guests. The pool is heated and 3000 sq. feet with a hot tub to the side. Restrooms are located in the pool area for your convenience. We offer 2 complimentary beach chairs and 1 umbrella.

Beach Retreat #410 is a non-smoking, pet friendly unit that has been remodeled and offers the highest quality of amenities. You will find all the extras that you would not normally find in a rental unit! The kitchen is equipped with all stainless steel appliances along with beautiful corian counter tops. We have provided top of the line cooking utensils. There is a 46' inch flat screen high definition LCD TV in the living room. The 2 king size bedrooms have 40' high definition LCD TVs. A Bose stereo system and Ipod docks are located throughout the unit. For your entertainment, we have a collection of DVD's and a X Box 360 game system for guests. The balcony is a great place to start the morning out! There is nothing more relaxing than enjoying the ocean view while you drink your morning coffee!

Sleeping arrangements: (sleeps 8)
The king master bedroom offers a panoramic ocean view with access to the balcony! The bathroom is complete with a garden tub, double vanity, walk-in closet, and walk in shower. The guest bedroom offers a king size bed with a wall mounted, flat screen TV with adjoining bathroom. Our third bedroom is complete with a built in full size bed, wall mounted flat screen TV, and dressing table. There is an additional queen sofa sleeper in the living room!

Rest comfortable in the pillow top mattresses and black out drapes!

The only problem you'll have is leaving!!

The unit had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked. The pool area was clean and I appreciated that it was heated. There was adequate space to walk a pet. You can't beat the location and view!

Beach Retreat vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This is our second time at this condo. It was as great this time as it was the first time. It is conveniently located near a lot of great restaurants and the beach is right out front.

Boast of the Coast

A beautiful, well kept, and well managed condo by a responsive and kind host. Unobstructed views, plenty of space and pet friendly destination! my family enjoyed staying here. This will definitely be our list for next time. I would recommend this property to anyone. They allow pets as well so that was a big plus. we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Always a great time

Beach Retreat welcomed us again with beautiful accommodations and gorgeous views of the ocean. 410 has all the necessities and more. A fully equipped kitchen, LG laundry facilities, and household items made our vacation a home away from home!

My daughter and I, plus her furry baby, had an absolutely wonderful stay! The condo was everything we expected and more. It was very clean, comfortable and the location was perfect! Wonderful Week Away

We always do a family trip week away around Thanksgiving and this was a perfect getaway. The property is well maintained and the manager is excellent. She made sure we were setting in and made sure we didn’t have any questions or concerns. The condo is extremely clean and the kitchen has great equipment. We made a few large meals and had everything we needed to cook with. We just had to do the grocery shopping. The location is perfect , away from the crazy congested roads and close to popular food places along the coastline. I will definitely book a stay here again. Thank you for everything!

Wonderful condo

We come to Destin every year and love Beach Retreat because of its location, non crowded pool, private walking distance beach, and pet friendly! This condo was fantastic. It was clean and had everything we needed. The third room with the bed against the wall worked out great for my kids! The youngest who is 2.5 slept closest to the wall, qnd 7 year old slept on the outside. They loved that cozy little room!

Best Family Vacation Stay!

This was the best location and condo after coming every year for several years and staying several places! We have now found our forever family vacation spot! We are a family from Kentucky that has always loved the Beach and to get away together. We were looking for a place that our furbabies would be welcome as well. This is our first condo that we bought in Destin. We loved Beach Retreat so much that we have since bought four other condos at Beach Retreat (110, 210, 204 & 308). We love renting out the condos and getting to know people from so many places! It is always so great to know that other people get to visit our home away from home!

Why they chose this property

Our first trip to Destin was in 2005. We fell in love with Beach Retreat because my entire family has dogs and we wanted to be able to take them to a place where they felt welcome and other people could bring their pets as well. We know how important furbabies are! We also love how the beach and pool is never overcrowded because there are only 44 condos in the complex.
